Game Craze 23 — Attraction in Town of Webster

WoW - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! What a JacKa** as my wife simply called to get information on some of our wii games which were stolen. The "man" on the phone verbally attacked my wife. Was extremely RUDE and insulting. Like she was stupid for asking if they kept records of people they buy games from. She called GAME STOP of Webster and they were kind and helpful and they keep records of who they buy games from. Game Craze keeps NO records of anything which makes it great for people with stolen games to get $ there. We will NEVER do business there!! She talked to a Game Craze owner in Victor and he was very sorry that WEBSTER mistreated her and said it doesn't look good for the rest of the stores!! Don't know if it was the owner in Webster or an employee but something is very wrong in that store when it comes to talking about stolen property. Maybe they have a "SIDE"...

I called and asked if I could exchange a game for anther game and I got it at another game crazy the guy on the phone was nice and said yeah that’s not to big of a deal it’s only $14 then I got the time to go the man that working was rude and told me that there is two different owners so I ask him if I could get the owners number I have met him he is a nice man He said he doesn’t have it and he would say the same thing . not say don’t shop here but wow you don’t have to be rude to your customers after just asking to exchange a old Nintendo game that 14 bucks . What a cool store. Lots of classic and new games, as well as DVD's and a few arcade cabinets. I went in looking for something pretty specific (an AV cable for a Sega Dreamcast) and they actually had it. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. He originally quoted me the wrong price (a bit lower than listed), but when he found out it was actually pricier, he still gave me the cheaper price. He also said to hang onto the receipt and he'll swap out the cord if it doesn't work. I'll definitely be coming back to this store if I need anything like that...
