As a Ptsd sufferer, I have great difficulty "going out". Even something seemingly mundane as going to the local hobby shop. In fact, it took me about 3 years to get up the courage to go in. I am extremely happy I did. The man behind the counter, Todd, was 110% helpful, professional, and understanding of my needs. Both personally and professionally. He answered all questions I had, and extremely helpful in helping me determine my final purchase. His knowledge and expertise in the RC field helped me ensure I got what I needed, not what he needed to sell.

The worst customer service that I have ever gotten when talking about the rc hobby. The owner is stuck up and unwilling to learn about new products out or what customers are into. He not once let his attention varry from his computer, and seemed to "know it all" with his attitude. I am huge into the rc hobby and have raced in many states across the country and have talked to many shops and shop owners and this was by far my worse experience. I would not recomend anyone go to this shop, i recomend that if anyone needs parts or cars to go online. Glad i dont have to deal with this shop ever again. IMO the best hobby shop that I know. They have everything you'll ever need. Fantastic staff, very knowledgeable, friendly. I come from Canada all the time, because this hobby shop actually cares about their customers. Can't say enough good things about them. Absolutely worth the 2hr drive one-way. If anyone from Niagara region or the GTA is reading this trust me it's worth the drive. I've supported my local hobby shop in st.Catherines spending thousands monthly sometimes even weekly! with zero appreciation, and even been taken advantage of. This place was better from day one.
