I truly do not know where to begin with the level of disappointment and disrespect. I found this place in 2022, fell in love, and even sent friends and family from Jersey to visit them. I don't know what happened during the year-long sabbatical I took from getting my nails done, but apparently, a lot changed. I called ahead to make an appointment for my friends and me, stating I wanted a design done as I have had it several times before. They have even posted many pictures of my hands on their social media. My friends and I all got builder gel. Despite my one friend starting 20-30 minutes after me, she still finished before me. The man doing my nails immediately had an attitude when I declined acrylic, as it’s not my preference. He tried to argue that my nails would break, but I assured him I’ve had them done here before and they’re fine. During the nail tech's constant phone/texting breaks and his ignoring me anytime I tried to talk to him, I had time to notice the roach on the floor behind my friend's chair. I also noticed staff literally walking around it instead of picking it up. After over an hour of this, I had enough and picked it up/ threw it away myself. To make matters worse, after I picked it up, my other friend and I locked eyes at another one, and you guessed it, I also threw it out for them (I hadn’t even sat down from throwing out the first one yet). I then returned to my chair, and after being assured the man could do my design, it was very apparent he had no clue what he was doing. I had asked at the beginning and was reassured that if he couldn’t do it, we could choose another design. After my friend tried to show him a how-to video, and he displayed my hand to a coworker to then laugh at it, I was unbelievably uncomfortable. These are my birthday nails, and this entire experience and this man’s interaction with me were getting worse and worse. But I’m pulling through as I have no other opportunity before my birthday. A lady then comes over to take over, only to reprimand me that I’m taking too long and should have booked ahead of time and checked in with the design, loudly in front of everyone. I’m even more overwhelmed by the public announcement and everything I went through with the guy. I start to get emotional, and my friend has to explain that I literally did all those things. I will say the lady tried, but she tried to rush and only did half the nail versus the entire nail, to which I tried to explain that’s not right. She gets upset with me again, saying it won’t look exactly like the picture, to which I respond that I know, however, I’m asking for you to do the entire nail like the picture, not 1/4 of it. I then tell her I no longer feel comfortable and just want to leave. She apologizes, and we agree on a plain polish just so I can leave and get out of this situation. After her making it clear I was taking too long while ignoring that the previous employee not only showed a lack of professionalism and spent more dedication to texting and making fun of a very uncomfortable situation, I declined any after service once the nails were done. My friend was given a gift card as an apology for me after she asked to speak with the lady privately, as she is in the industry as well. Honestly, after this experience, I will not return nor would I give that gift card to a friend, and will no longer refer a friend, family member, let alone enemy to this place. Very disappointed in the downfall a year brought. I provided a photo and a zoomed-in photo of the first roach that laid there for almost an hour, or at least from when I noticed it.

I don’t know. This was my first time ever getting my nails done and they didn’t really turn out as I was hoping. It felt like my nail tech rushed to finish my nails and didn’t do a very good job. From far away they don’t look too bad but up close you can see all the kinks. For one, I didn’t want the glitter gradient so far down and I tried to explain it to my tech but she still did too much glitter. And the nails themselves are very bumpy and uneven and look like blobs. They’re not filed right; the edges are so rounded from all the paint too. They look very tacky and not delicate compared to the picture I showed her. i posted another comparison of how I wanted my nails curved vs how straight/lumpy they turned out instead. :( I hate to sound ungrateful and all but I think part of it is just with me having an art background, I can tell when artwork was done without proper effort and attention to detail. this to me felt very rushed. On a more positive note, the place is very beautiful and comfortable and everyone is nice and welcoming. I just wish my actual nail art came out as expected. Update 1/20/19: i'm currently trying to remove these at home using the typical acetone procedure and it's proving to be very difficult. reason being is that their products contain MMA, which becomes very gooey and hard to scrape off. Not only that, it damages your natural nails. although i greatly appreciate the quick response offer on having them redone (which i happily would've taken, but didn't have the time), and i enjoyed them while they lasted (I'll admit I was pleasantly surprised at how strong and durable they are and how they never chipped or fell off), I think I'd rather go somewhere where the products for acrylic nails are safer for my nails.

I have gone here for almost a year and have had great service. My teenage daughters wanted to get gel manicures before vacation so I brought them in and spoke with the manager and front desk girl, explained the 3 girls (16 & 2- 12y/o)were there for gel mani’s and was told it would be a 10 -15 minute wait and they were given the gel colors to choose from. I told them I would be back. I went for a run and called to tell them I was on my way to get them an hour later and was told they were not taken back yet. When I arrived and questioned the wait time and was told they had a wedding party earlier and were backed up (on a Monday?) I asked why nothing was communicated to my girls until they saw them on the phone (an hour later) and was told they now had availability and offered $5 off. I was also told that next time if I have 3 or more to call and make an appointment. Really?! Why wasn’t that said when I checked them in. I know that if it was an adult waiting they would not wait an hour until being spoken to. I asked for the owner and was told she was not there and didn’t do anything with the business. The manager said she handled it. I then find out from the girls after leaving without getting the girls nails done that 2 ADULTS came in after them and were taken before my girls. Bad customer service. WILL NOT RECOMMEND Disappointed at how kids...
