Update Nov 2024 - I can not express how happy I am with the quality of the work performed today by your team. They arrived as early as they could, worked in a very focused way, and went so far as to see and correct other small issues before taking the time to seal my stone that was installed three years ago. I could not be more pleased. the work was completed in a very professional and expedient manner. I feel like my stone looks as wonderful as it was the day it was installed (3 years ago).
I LOVE my countertop and backsplash from Stone Tech and had the best possible experience with them as a company. From the start, Kasia asked questions to understand my vision and showed me many stones that met that criteria, in addition to one she thought might work the best. Hands down, her stone selection was by far a great match for the space. They were easy to work with from sales to templating to install. The attention to detail for piecing the stone sections while ensuring overall flow is great, particularly with the box they cut to hide some exposed pipes in my kitchen. It was easy to add on a backsplash with same stone after my unsuccessful attempts at finding something that would look good with the stone. I had an issue with the range not fitting the space, which was in part due to inaccurate information that the range vendor shared. Read moreI had used this company 5 years ago for my kitchen, that time everything went smooth.. I decided to use them again for my outdoor kitchen for my granite… Absolute horror story… Their template guy was good at what he does, he did all the measuring correctly, then the installer showed up and start installing the granite. Half the granite was installed and the installer noticed that he does not have all the pieces so he left.. few days later they sent another installer with the missing piece, except this time the piece was cut too short so he was unable to install it… So they left and they had to send out my Sales Person back out to check the stone that was cut too short, he confirmed and they resent the template person again. He confirmed the measurements were correct and determined the stone was cut incorrectly. By this time it was cutting close to the deadline that this needed to be done before… For the 3rd time they sent the installers, this time it came with the correct size stone, HOWEVER the edge was cut differently and did not match the previously installed stone… The installer, the template guy and the sales person were excellent, however they need to address their stone cutters who keep messing it up and cutting it wrong… Now, unfortunately they don’t have anymore of the material to finish the job… This will be the last time i will use this company.

Read moreI previously wrote a review and felt bad and took it down when the owner reached out to me saying he was busy and away etc and apologized and said he would get this done for me. Its been over a year now of me trying to get this resolved. I paid for countertops for the kitchen and a small piece needed to be sent back to be recut, I was told I just needed to pay for the install. The piece was in my house. It was sent back, and when I asked for it I was ignored and dragged through the mud saying they didnt have it or that wasnt the case, or it wasnt paid for etc. They sent me a newly generated receipt showing that it wasnt paid for trying to convince me it was not, so i sent them them receipt of the entire order showing that it was all paid in full. The owner reached out several times and said he would get it done, asked for pictures and dimensions, etc, and said he has the piece I need. Told him no rush I just want it done at some point, and its been several more months and no response from anyone. Its such as small insignificant part of a large order and It seems absurd to piss customers off this much over it, but...
