I have been coming to this place for years and I know more than half of the bartenders that work there the music is always great and the food is the best Costa Rican food you can find anywhere it would definitely be a five-star if it wasn't for the nasty bartenders that work there I feel as though regardless of what race you are you should be treated with the same respect as any other and the so-called manager over the bartenders has a very nasty attitude I've been coming here for years spending my money on most $50 a week on food but recently she called me a liar because she said the price of the food she told me over the phone was $14 when she really told me 12 in any event it was a miss understanding she accused me of trying to get something for free when that has never been the case I'm a faithful customer always have been and never had a problem with pay for my food I just was trying to get the price clear because every time I come in order the same thing there's always a different price by every bartender I don't think I deserved to be called a liar or any customer that was very unprofessional and not manager Behavior I do wish that the owner can deal with these matters in a professional way not my first time complaining about her other than that the food is great the turn-up is real and everything else is on point but just remember customer service is...

If you are black DO NOT COME HERE ! These people are racist and do not treat their African American guest with the same respect they treat others.. I came here with a friend we ordered food and drinks .. from the time we came in a girl with short hair gave nothing but attitude, another girl by the name of dalila was very rude to us and kept mentioning The prices of things as if we couldn’t afford? Excellent Latin food. I always get the garlic shrimp with rice and beans. They throw in fried plantains, cheese cubes, and egg with a special house sauce. Mix that all together and you have a meal for two that tastes like a good homemade meal you would find in Colombia. If you're a guy, I'm sure you'll enjoy looking at the lovely ladies tending bar in their zebra stripes. They are always sweet and accommodating. If you can't speak Spanish, don't worry, there's always a few of the bartenders who speak English just fine. The only downside is it can get packed and crammed very fast. It also is very loud with the music blaring even in off-peak hours.
