Came for my 4 year olds birthday, spent $60 and left with nothing but junk. The claws are too loose and overpriced. We picked up a ton of stuff and it all dropped before making it into the bucket. It's also so expensive! Every game is one try and 8-25 credits and $1=4 credits. When my husband brought it up to the clerks they said they would've helped us but helped with what? We got plenty of prizes picked up but didn't win any. Plus the lady cried and said my husband insulted her which is.. lol. I didn't know you personally set the claw machine strength! All he said was we go to a lot of places and usually win and this place was not fun. We got a $25 gift card which is awesome and we really appreciate it but we left after about 20 minutes with a disappointment kid and fake pokémon cards. Usually the ones in the machines are real we win them all the time! He's also a huge pokémon kid with a full book so clocked that they were fake immediately. Save your money and go to wunderland! Plus they have the same pokémon ball dispensers at dollar tree and you can get as many fake itty bitty plastic pokémon your heart desires for $1.
EDIT to respond to owner: The problem here is the only help the clerks could've given us was to actually open the machine and hand us the thing what fun is that?? We were picking up everything and the claw was too weak to carry it or swung so violently it dropped. We picked things up on every machine so are they gonna just hand us stuff or tighten the claw or idk. And we actually did ask for help on one machine after spending a ton and the box not moving and they said 'play at your own risk'. And the cards are being cheap period. I could buy 100 of them for $5 on amazon - every other one of those machines we've played has the regular actually valuable cards. Your 'pokémon account' is aliexpress like be real. When we won that pack I was like OK that makes it worth it cause my son loves them they're like $8 and always sold out but then to see it was the cheap off brand ones?? Naur. The clerk also told my husband the card works at other locations so we'll take...
