The center has an array of maps and informational brochures that were clearly organized and easy to navigate. I left with a couple of maps in hand, feeling well-prepared for my adventures ahead. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who instantly made me feel welcome. His approachable demeanor set a positive tone for my visit, which I truly appreciated. Not only did Gary provide me with detailed directions to my desired destinations, but he also shared valuable insights and tips about the local area. Honestly, the best visitor center I have ever been to. The man and woman we found there were the sweetest humans. With my partner we rented a car last minute and embarked on a poorly planned trip around Mt hood. We went to the visitor center to get a pass to the Multnomah fall. We left with munch more than that: a wonderful and detailed plan for the day and suggestions for what became an amazing brunch (mcmenamamins edge field, quite a treat and a v interesting place).
