Beware of all the 5 star reviews! They have a sticker on their window that says they will give you a $5 gift card in exchange for a 5 star review. This is against Google policies.
As for the arcade, it is an absolute bait and switch. Is this place meant to push people away and make them never want to return? Seems like the case. We bought $40 worth of credits and since everything is about 8-20 credits each, that doesn’t last long. They also take out 8 credits immediately to charge you for their plastic card ($2 of your amount to pay for something to use THEIR machines). The claw machines have weak grips and drop everything. They are infuriating and not at all rewarding, which just disappoints kids. My daughter won a 1470 ticket jackpot on the spinning wheel and when we scanned her ticket card she only had 1055 tickets. But there are no employees on site to talk to, just machines. We also scanned a 12 credit claw machine which took our tickets and then said error. But again no employees to talk to about it. Also- to redeem your tickets, you have to just use a machine and choose your prize. Since there are no prizes under 200, when you have less than 200 tickets left, you are forced to forfeit them and walk away. Just so many infuriating things. My 3 kids walked out disappointed and frustrated and I walked out feeling ripped off. I usually root for new family places to succeed since we are in dire need of indoor play spaces for families, but they likely will not be in business for very long and that is a good thing. With the cost of living at an all time high, it’s sad that they choose to be another place that we can’t afford instead of trying to be an affordable option for families on a rainy day. We...
Read moreAlright lemme tell you my experience of this place. Oh my GOODNESS GRACIOUS. I wish I never tagged along to this place with my family. Utter garbage. With the cards, the card fee is $2. Not so bad. We put 20 in one card. When we ran out, I recharged the card with inserting $2 ($2 = 8 credits.) As I swipe the card for the tiny claw machine that costs 8 credits, it displays that I need 7 more credits (there was only 1 credit left in the card beforehand.) IT GAVE ME 0 CREDITS. HOW DO YOU EVEN EXPLAIN THAT?? THE MACHINE ROBBED ME. We kept checking the balance of the card, and it only said that there was 1 credit. WHAT THE HELL. In total, with my money, I spent $15. My sibling spent $15. In total, $30. Resulting in 197 points. THE MINIMUM POINT VALUE FOR A PRIZE IS 300 POINTS. AND THAT PRIZE IS ONLY A PLUSH KEYCHAIN. $30 GONE FOR NOTHING. Also, the prizes are so below appealing level. Just big plushies if you got ≥750 points (somehow.) You're better off going to Wunderland. Hell, even Dave & Busters is better than this. Apart from my experience... y'know what, I don't even care. Do...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible, those 3 pieces of candy and 1¢ horse from the egg in my daughter's hand is all she won, and all it cost us was 42$. For a place that calls themselves "claw" city, you'd think that you'd actually win something. Instead you pick something up and as soon as the "claw" moves it drops at a rate of 99% that is unless of course you're spending 4$ worth of credits to win a 1¢ horse or 5$ for a couple of pieces of candy. If you have children and want to take them somewhere fun without leaving with empty hands or an empty wallet, go to wunderland right up the road. Not only is it a kid friendly place but the prizes are endless, tickets are easy and even the kids can win on their claw machines. To be honest this review is generous given the fact that I have to give at least a 1 star review. Because it would definitely be a 0 if I could. But honestly parents save your money and take your kids to Wunderland where you will leave happy and with prizes. I've been at casinos with better odds to win...
