Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in Trumbull

I went there last sunday, I got there 20 minutes before the store close. I walked in and I explained to one of the employee that I was there to exchange like 6 bras and I was confused about my size, she was SO NICE and started taking my measurements, I had a few more questions about the size and she asked Sarah (I think that's her name) who is the manager and she was Great!, they got me the right size of each style I was exchanging and went to the fitting room to make sure that was the right size, by that time the mall was already closed. I had some issues with the strapless bra and she still made sure i get the right one. What really surprised me is that I was not there to spend money, I was there to exchange the bras and I got there at the last minute and they were so patient and provided me with good customer services. They definitely do what they love and love...

Horrible, the main check out area apparently was closed, no sign or anyone to tell the people waiting that. I waited for about 10 mins and finally when to get someone to see if they just didn’t see the people waiting to check out and the girl who appeared to be a “manager” told me I can check out on the pink side. I walked to the pink side it’s a makeshift check out table and the employee was extremely rude to the customer she was checking out. I proceeded to wait in line for my turn and I just got so annoyed by the way she was treating the customers that I left. I will never return here.

Will never shop here again. My 15yr old daughter walked by the door to close with a bathing suit top which set the alarm off. I told my daughter in front of one of the store employees to be careful not go so close she will set it off. We looked at the store employee and apologized and kept shopping. The manager of the store came right next to us stood there and just sat there starring at us the whole time as we shopped and said nothing. Just to let us know she was watching us. I'm a 36 yr old women with no reason to steal! I have never been so disgusted in my life. Will never spend...
