Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Trumbull

Ordered three kids chicken tender meals - which come with chicken tenderS and fries. They also come with some stickers for the kids as advertised by the big poster my daughter noticed on the cash register as we walked by. Told the guy I didn't want the drinks. He was nice and offered me biscuits instead of the drinks to trade. Honorable. Got the bag and left. Drove away. Looked in one of the meal boxes to fine ONE chicken tender, one biscuit, and zero fries. Drove all the way back to the mall. Showed the guy and the woman who gave me the bag. He was visibly disappointed. There was another girl there who told him she was sorry (not me, just the manager guy) but she clearly didn't mean it. She was more annoyed that she had to do some work. I explained to the annoyed girl the meals were all missing the fries and the stickers. He response was "oh we don't have those". To which obviously I asked her why she has a giant poster about the stickers and she should probably take it down. She looked at me like I insulted her and said nothing. I tasted the fries and SINGLE TENDER and they were both horrible. Horrible. The kids didn't even want them they were so bad. Can you imagine a fried chicken nugget and french fries being rejected by children? How bad they must have been. The biscuits were great, but that's probably because they were a gift. This place sucks except for the manager guy, he was cool. It's garbage food anyway. Deep fried fatty junk food. Bad experience. Experience was so bad that even free delicious biscuits couldn't...

I use to work as a GM of that I left because Bill and William are horrible bosses they run me to the ground I try my best I couldn't take it anymore the are racist the don like black people why I'll tell you what happened to me I came into work on my normal day bill was sitting in the lobby I went over to him and ask him why you here he said to see how things is going I said ok he ask about one employee then I said ok I started my day he went into the store watching things we dis things the office after I started talking to team then he call to the lobby then Ruben and William approached me so I'm Puzzle so bill saids to me oh we gonna lett you go I said for what he sales which is out of my control so I was upset up with no warning no verbal so I said ok they all look at each other mind you when I seen bill earlier they wasn't no where to be found so I got my belongings together and left now new gm Ruben took assistance manager shirt and night team told both of them to strip from there shirt on the floor in front customers and the team this is what im hearing im getting phone calls left and right and my whole team is black they jad a whole team of Spanish employees came in took there hours as we speak they are still doing it i feel disrespected because skin something has to be done about this i want feeling well at times they waa takin money from me i definitely said something about that thia Popeyes need to be shut down not because I'm not there because they fires over sakes because they are racist go look tomorrow and see...

This Popeye's franchise hardly puts anything fresh down. Especially with the specials..take for instance this months boneless wings special. I bought the meal twice from this franchise and the boneless wings had been under the heat for a few hours. They were shriveled up AND..less than half the size of the boneless wings served by the Boston avenue and Fairfield avenue Franchises. My daughter went to the mall and got a biscuit from this establishment. It appeared that it was cooked on the outside but when she bit the biscuit it was uncooked inside. She could have gotten sick. Popeye's organization should strip the owner of this Popeye's branded establishment. It does not maintain the quality of the other Popeyes in the area. It shouldn't matter that they are in the mall. Because they are in the mall they should operate at a higher standard because of all the exposure to different population demographics that shop...
