It was all downhill from the moment I was trying to place my order. It was my first time at Charley’s Philly Steak and my last. The young lady at the register couldn’t answer my questions correctly. I wound up paying more money for my order because she just didn’t know if certain items would cost me more money such as a lemonade versus a regular soda. It was frustrating to say the least. But it didn’t stop there, while I watched them make my sandwich, they ONLY used one thinly sliced piece of meat. To charge $6 for a sandwich and practically no meat was basically a kick to the groin!
