⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Stay Away

I went into New Sagarmatha Store expecting a decent shopping experience, but what I got was beyond disappointing — it was downright awful. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would give it -1,000 stars without hesitation.

First of all, the customer service is terrible. The man running the store is overly touchy and aggressive. Be very careful if you go in — he will try to blame you for everything. I had an incident where he himself pulled out a bracelet I didn’t even ask to see, weighed it, and handed it to me. As soon as I lightly touched it and it bent slightly, he immediately started accusing me of damaging it and demanded that I pay for it. I tried to reason with him, but it was pointless — he clearly just wanted to extort money.

It honestly feels like this place profits by manipulating and taking advantage of customers. Zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and scammed.

Do not go here. Save yourself the trouble and go to a place that actually values honesty and proper...

I really wish I could rate this owner’s customer service a zero. Blaming others about stealing doesn’t make you any superior. I DARE you to post a proof. Obviously, you will not because there’s no such thing as that. You are a COWARD. I have been to many jewelers in Columbus, they don’t speak lies and they don’t give false hope to customers, LIKE YOU. We have tried reaching to you as honest and loyal customers but you kept on lying. You don’t value your customers. Not only I have experienced it first hand but also heard it from various people. I am just sharing my personal experience with this bussiness. I ordered jwelleries 1 and half month before occassion. They assure me that they will deliver my order in time. A week prior i contacted them and text them so many times but they didn’t respond my call. So i started looking other jwelleries shop. But they responded me with overnight delivery. So again i trust them and waited for them. So at the delivery day i called them and text them but instead of responding they block my call. They failed to provide the service. So if they can’t provide the service please don’t take the order and if you can’t deliver in time let them know 1 week before so they can have time to order...
