I was in earlier today and purchased a RAZ Wintergreen disposable vape. This shop has always had you open and test your vape before leaving the store which is great. I opened the vape, took a puff of it, everything was fine, I spoke with the employee for a while and I left. Later this same evening when I went to use the vape, there is a button on the bottom side that you can hit to switch between 12 watts and 24 watts and I noticed that it wasn’t a hard press like it’s supposed to be..the button is stuck inside and even just picking up the device switches the modes. Even worse when taking a puff of the device, it would continue to fire afterwards, which is not safe at all. Of course this type of stuff happens when mass producing items and it’s out of control of Vapor Station, but when I called and asked if I could switch it out, the employee told me that the owner has a strict policy that once it leaves the shop that all sales are final. I would understand that if I brought the vape back and you could clearly see that it was used, but it’s still fully charged, and has full juice in it. Shows zero signs of being used and I would be able to show them exactly what issues it has. I should have know better than to stop here today as I’ve read the reviews about the owner and her policies before, but it was on my way home from the doctors today and it was a convenience for me. I’m not going to use this device and have it explode in my hand or even worse my face. It’s one thing to have policies in place, but when the majority of your reviews are people complaining of the same thing..maybe some things should be changed. I can’t imagine I will ever shop here again, even if it is on my way home. I would have to be completely out of vape and hadn’t had any for a while to stop here again unless the owner makes things right, but she hasn’t even responded to reviews on here in a while, so I’m not...
Read moreMy first and last time in that shop, i was looking for some Tobacco in the bag to purchase and i figured i would give them a try seeing most vape shops sell tobacco in the bag also, i walked in and first thing i heard was not hello are hi are how are you today sir are can we help you, i heard i guy say you have Id OK i just walked in its not a bar or Casino its a vape shop i said yes i do sir and i haven't even made it all the way in yet lol, then i asked do you sell tobacco in the bag and the one guy said no only vape, i said OK and thank sir and was walking out and the other guy who was wanting to see my id before i even made it fulling in past the door had to say no its a vape store just like the sign says vape store very rudely, these guys are complete rude and unprofessional and even if i did vape i would not shop there, FYI i'm 49 years old so far from being a kid and to be asked to see my id before i even make it in the door and before trying to buy anything or ask do you sell this is a little out of line,,, its OK to ask for my id if i try to buy something but not as i'm walking in again its not a bar are casino. and the smart A$$ comment that was made while i was walking out was way out of line no reason for it, Don't shop there these guys are rude and one guy thinks he is an Special Agent fot the Bureau of Alcohol,...
Read moreAvoid this place! Green shirt guy is so extremely rude. As soon as I walked in he started to demand my ID in a rude tone. I looked at him confused and said "asking for ID is usually done at the time of sale." His response was to point at the door and say "if you can't or won't understand what I'm telling you, leave now." I'm an older person with gray hair and walking with a cane, obviously I'm NOT a kid trying to buy vape. I understand these shops need to ask for ID to protect their business, but to pounce on someone that barely gets through the door is over the top. I can see why there aren't any customers in the store, there's too many other vape shops in the immediate area to have to put up with this type of rude attitude. His behavior tells me that this shop has been busted (maybe more than once) for selling to people under 21. I went down the street to another shop, got great service from friendly people there and was asked for my ID at the register AFTER I made my selections, not pounced on as soon as I walked through the door. BTW Reynoldsburg Vapor Station, that other store? Yeah, I dropped $100 buying my multiple bottles of juice there. Good job letting a big sale walk out the door because of your rude attitude. If you don't want to have a business and run everyone out of your store, you should just close...
