Zabos Customs — Attraction in Truro Township

I’d like to give a good review because it seems like this shop does good work, but there seems to be a lack of communication. I understand being busy is one thing, but just to get scheduled it has taken me almost 2 weeks of consistent emails - and I haven’t even been scheduled yet. Originally I was told I could be scheduled in May, and now I’ve been told June 15th - and I’m still not even on the schedule. Any other shop could’ve had me on the schedule that same day I inquired. I tried calling, and nobody answered. I see that they had time to post and edit videos on Instagram but no time for customer relations apparently.

EDIT: Owner finally responded (only in response to this review - not my actual email) and essentially said that he didn’t care enough to fix the situation, blamed me, and then told me to go somewhere else as they’re too busy and they run this business part time. Changed my rating to one star from two.

EDIT: Since the owner still wants to take zero responsibility, you can read the emails here. Again, as the review states - I waited 2 weeks, and wasn't even scheduled. It has nothing to do with being impatient. It has all to do with this business being managed poorly. Check their Instagram - they post daily. Check the dates in my emails....

I took my twenty-year-old, beat all to hell work truck in to see Zacc. I honestly had very low expectations, because of how rough of shape it was in cosmetically.

I thought about doing decals only in the beginning. Thankfully after sleeping on the decision for 24 hours and having a great conversation with Zacc. I decided to do the full custom wrap.

Zacc was extremely thorough during the entire process. Constantly communicating back-and-forth with ideas and pictures sent from the design team of all of the possible options.

You can tell these guys really like what they do. Extremely knowledgeable, detailed, creative, efficient and precise.

They added a couple of up-to-date emblems, were upfront about possible problem areas, fixed one of my tail lights, gave me helpful suggestions on how to keep the truck lettering level and how to properly care for the wrap. Giving it as much longevity as possible.

Exceeded my expectations and beyond. I could not be happier!! I will definitely be back for a custom wrap on my 335i next. Highly...

Had my 2023 Toyota camey there bout 1 1/2 ago for star lights to be installed by a guy name Chris dropped it off he kept me updated of the project with pictures loved it when I picked it up drove it home noticed in about a day or two their were cracks in my headliner from the center light in 3 different places which looks to me maybe forcing it in when reinstalling he said would like me to bring it in to try and get the wrinkles cracks out am thinking to myself like umm the board is cracked n that's what's causing the wrinkles so I decided not to talk to him anymore. I couldn't remember the name...
