I shopped around and found what I thought was the best deal on scratch and dent appliance retailer. I visited the Reynoldsburg store and Joe was very helpful answering all my questions. Later in the week, I came back to the store, asked for Joe, and began my purchase of a GE washer/dryer set to be delivered the following Friday. Joe, while helpful, took an hour and half to ring up my purchase. I remained patient. After now being late to my next appointment because of the slow sales rep, I made it to my next place an nearly two hours late. I then receive a phone call from Joe, stating "The system has your address as A COLORADO address and that rang up with the wrong tax amount, so can you come back today and pay the remaining balance?" I refused, and advised I can come back the following day( Monday), seeing how Joe already delayed my day of events with his incompetent service. I return Monday and greeted by the manager was outside smoking a cigarette. Melissa said, " I was just about to call you to tell you don't worry about that, thats Joe's issue and he'll have to eat it!" Mind you, it was close to their closing time and after my work day, I had rushed across town to resolve this issue. SHE HAD ALL DAY TO CALL ME TO TELL ME NOT TO COME BY!!!!???? Melissa tells me I'm fine, don't worry about anything, my delivery is all set for Friday. The next day JOE CALLS and leaves a voice-mail, asking to follow up and confirm everything is ok.?!?! 1.Didn't his manager talk to him about this? Why is he asking ME, THE CUSTOMER? There's no way to put notes in the sales system about this, its 2025?!
So, finally the day before the delivery is scheduled, and am supposed to receive confirmation about the time of said delivery. I don't receive communication. I call and speak to Melissa, the manager, who didn't ask for my information, but assured me my delivery is all set. Then, I explained my situation, she then asks for my phone number, and confirms I'M NOT THE DELIVERY WHO ASSUMED I WAS!! After finding my information, she confirms my actual delivery is set for MONDAY!!!??? I planned for Friday, bc that's what EVERYONE confirmed prior. Melissa only said sorry and doea Monday work for me? NO, I planned on Friday based on the information source, nothing was done to compensate me or rectify the incompetence of customer service. I tried to let that go.
Today, I called about my rebate for the free delivery, I now see my invoice, Joe charged me $50 over the tag price! I stated this to Melissa while she helped me submit my rebate, she stated " Yeah i cant do anything about that now since the item has been out for this long."
Great job with the delivery guys.
So, I store customer is incompetent. My mom said the delivery crew was nice, I couldn't be there bc I had to work ON MONDAY!
Side note:, Melissa was present the entire HOUR AND HALF while Joe struggled to input the wrong information in the system. At SOME POINT she could have intervened and assisted Joe, this entire issue could have been avoided,...

I went in and met Melissa the GM she was very helpful. I left the store with a lot of good information on items.I looked at measurements included. Let's say I went around shopped around and the next day I meant Anthony W. He gave me a little bit more information on the on the appliance i seen the day before. We don't want to necessary paperwork. And receive my delivery date. The atmosphere was very pleasant. And the employees were very knowledgeable about the product. And if there was a question, they couldn't answer , they would look it up without hesitation. I would definitely shop there again when needed and if I know of anybody looking for applianjust I would refer them to appliance factory in mattress...
   Read moreWe purchased a stove at a different local discount appliance store (way above our budget) then the next day I happened to find Appliance Factory online. I found a stove comparable to the one we purchased for almost $300 less than we paid. I called and spoke to Cajun the store manager and he confirmed the unit was in stock and available at a great deal. We drove down from Delaware (about 45 minutes) and it was well worth our trip. The showroom was really clean and they had a much larger inventory than the other store we went to. All of the prices were great and the appliances werenât as beat up as the other store. I understand buying a âscratch and dentâ to save some money but the ones here looked brand new. I highly recommend going to see Cajun for any appliances (or mattresses)...
