Bowzers — Restaurant in Truro Township

I drive past this place all the time and finally decided to stop being a national hot dog day surprisingly they had no specials seeing that this was a strictly hot dog spot. They have a very extensive menu of hot dogs. Then it was my 1st time I went with the Connie Connie dog or chili dog as some call it. They had dollar ice cream cones I got chocolate and vanilla swirl and and it was pretty good. I ate my ice cream cone as I weighed it I had a good conversation with the owner. I got a bag of barbecue grippos to go with my chili dog when I got home which was only 5 minutes away 5 minutes away the hot dog was very cold and the Coney sauce was overwhelming with Cinnamon flavor in the Coney sauce there was a lot of cheese and a lot of onions which was fine but there was not a lot of Coney sauce even though I didn't care for the cinnamon flavor. They were very skempy on the coney sauce. The bun was huge and fell apart on me and made it Difficult to eat. Overall it wasn't a good experience but I am going to go back and try the hot dog that has The slim gym going through it. I love slim gyms so we'll see how that turns out and I'll let everybody know. I also thought that the hot dog was overpriced because it wasn't that good. I was shocked that the hot dog was $7 and some change. My chips were a dollar which was pretty much the price that chips cost in my ice cream cone was a dollar which was a deal in the best thing that they had as far as my...

The owner was super nice, he’s definitely one for customer service and talkative. I enjoyed the interaction, just a heads up for those who don’t like talkative people. He slightly burned my a bun end but told us/showed us before we left. And offered to make it again. My 8 year old wasn’t bother by it. He enjoy his pizza dog and I had the fat cat. It was yummy only wish it had more jalapeños but still good & I’m not even a hot dog fan just got one cuz my kid kept asking to stop there lol but liked it! we will return again especially during the summer to try the ice cream.

(Update) my son LOVED his hotdog he told me about 4 times after eating it lol I ate half of mines and was SUPER full but it was goood! I’ll have the other half later lol And as far as you being talkative, didn’t bother us. Made it more personable, I just noticed in the reviews someone mentioned that so I know with a lot of people now and days they are kinda of antisocial). So I figured it was just something people who don’t like it/ or in a rush and don’t want to say anything...

This isn't your everyday hotdog! And I mean that in a GREAT way! These dogs are amazing! There are many unique combinations of dogs to choose from. I had a regular coney and pretzel dog. Def a dog above the rest! The regular coney dogs come on an auddinos bun! They are smothered in sauce and cheese! And the hotdogs are HUGE and full of flavor! The dog sauce is out of this world good! Before u go and pay some corporate place for a run of the mill hot dog... Give bowzers a try. U won't leave hungry or disappointed I guarantee it! The owner is awesome as well. Very friendly and what you'd love to see from mom and pop style shops like this. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you bowzers! We will def be back a lot this summer! Oh...
