I donât recommend visiting the one off of Grant near Oracle. The manager when advising of the concern was very demeaning and condescending in his conversation with me. I had to visit this location three times after my first visit and although my first visit was in and out the next day, my car stalled the gentleman pulled too hard on my air intake when he was changing out the air filter. We all know what happens when youâre not careful, it is a part that can be cracked if pulled onto too hard. (and if youâre wondering, yes, it happened to be cracked before the sensor.) I wasnât aware of this, I ended up stalled in the middle of the road the following day making a left-hand turn on Tangerine Rd. I was scared to death. I was very careful driving my car throughout the weekend and then taking it back to them on Monday, I was advised the manager was not there, and will not be in until Wednesday. So I ended up having to deal with the assistant manager, which, needless to say is not any better than the main manager, I prefer not to say their names. I believe the company knows exactly who they are. The check was done and I was advised that they would have to replace the air hose that was cracked and charged me for it. The more I got to thinking the more it made sense. I was super frustrated. With the fact I felt taken advantage of. I ended up taking the car and driving again, stalling in the middle of the road but this time on the exit ramp of the highway, and with my daughter in the car. I took it back again. Had them look at it for the third time. Where not one time did I get an apology more on the sense of well these things happen. Well, Iâm sorry they donât happen if youâre careful they do not just happen if youâre paying attention, These people did not only, put my hoses back incorrectly but they didnât even replace the metal clamp that holds it in place instead they use the old one so it allowed for more air to flow through, because it was stretched which made my car stall againđĄ. I ended up calling and speaking to the district manager, who then advised me that I can take it to another shop and he would refund me the cost of the hose replacement. That wasnât the point of it. The point of those people didnât even care when I told the Manager. I actually pulled him away from the front desk, to speak with him in regards to my concern about what was going on with my vehicle. I didnât want the company to look like they donât care, but I shouldâve just spoke with him out in the front office so everyone couldâve seen his reaction and response to me. I didnât want to make them look like they are incompetent and donât know how to do their job. I understand itâs hot out I get that âeverybodyâ shortstaffed, but thereâs no reason to treat a woman much less anyone, this way! Especially patrons who are spending their hard earned money to trust these people to service our vehicles, not to mention the work they do actually does help keep us safe on the road. Or at least I thought thatâs what they were supposed to be doing when they work on our vehicles , they should care about their job. Itâs unfortunate times are different and people are different. They donât take their job seriously much less care about what it is that they do for a living. I do have to advise that the bigO tires on Broadway was able to take the car in to recheck The vehicle due to a grimy feel as I accelerated. Working with Mike was like night and day from the other office. Not only did Mike show concernment but he was extremely helpful. I will not be taking my business to the Grant/Oracle...
Read moreI had been in town for maybe 2 hours and asked a couple of people recommendations to take my vehicle. Hearing from (2) people to come here, I held my breath and did. I was in awwwe from hello and the sense of urgency they had with getting me back on the road. After giving me a quote that I accepted, David even did some digging and found a better price on the parts for me to save me over $100. WHO DOES THAT? Big Brand Tire in Tucson does that! (Wait. It gets better) Expecting the part the next morning, they were informed due to staffing issues they wouldn't be able to get it to them until Monday. Miguel the GM let me know he himself, would be going to pick up the part that afternoon to get the repair done and be on the road and not stranded until Monday. WHO DOES THAT? BIG BRAND TIRE IN TUCSON DOES THAT! My final destination of residence is going to be about 40-45 miles from Tucson, however THIS will be my only destination to have any future work done on my vehicle and where I will recommend to every person I come in contact with to take their vehicles! Customer service, sense of urgency, going above and beyond, quality of work, and most important .... INTEGRITY, at it's FINEST! High 5 đđžand THANK YOU Big Brand Tire, you are...
Read moreI can't say enough about how much I love this place and the people that work there. I've been to 3 locations and they're all beautiful... kind of cozy in a way which seems weird to say about an auto shop, but they're just very comfortable to be in. They always have a very clean and surprisingly beautiful bathroom, complimentary snacks, coffee, water, and even a few kids items to keep them busy. I have 3 kids and really try to work around having to bring them anywhere we have to wait a while, but they love coming when they can...especially for the snacks! As for the employees, Jason has always been my service writer, and not only is he a fun person to talk to while I'm waiting, I trust him 1000% percent...another company gave me a list of things I needed to have done, and he let me know which one was a priority (with a cheaper quote on that service), what could wait a bit, and what was completely unnecessary and I didn't even need done. The techs that have serviced my vehicle are super friendly, efficient, honest, and polite, and really take time to break things down for me in ways that make sense to me. I have 3 vehicles and I will never go anywhere else. Their prices are more than fair, and the employees are all...
