Burger King — Restaurant in Tucson

Stay away from this Burger King. Place was dirty to start with. Floor had food all over, ketchup and other substances were on just about every tables I should of walked out but was hungry. no one acknowledge I was there in line, I waited a few moments before I spoke up. There were workers standing in the back on their phones. When I mentioned I was ready to order the manager kept walking by. A lady who was in the back then came up to take my order. After ordering I went over to fill my soda, I ended up dropping it., So I went and got the wet floor sign and put it out and ran to my truck to get rags. I needed up cleaning up the floor and soda bar, asked to go to the restroom was told it was out of order. Im like I just need to wash my hands since I was kind enough to clean up my mess, the manager was rude and got pound and told me again no they are out of order. So after that, I used some water from the soda bar to rinse them off as their hand sanitizer was also out. As what I felt like retaliation, manager made both parties who ordered behind me food first, then was called for my food. As I was sitting inside eating a lady came in and asked to use the RR and the manager walked over there and let her in, you could hear him flirting with her and they were giggling so I was shocked, then another guy walked in didn't order, talked to the manager like he knew him & walked over to the restroom and he was let in. This is not the way you treat customers that clean up their own messes they make, choosing their friends or a girl the manager was flirting with. Will not be coming back and will contact further up the chain over...

Prices are low. That's the only good thing. But I'd you want a half made sandwich that when you open it it falls apart..or if you want cold sides like cold cheese sticks or over cooked poppers that have hard ingredients Inside or if you just want a rude driver they attendant that doesn't respect your inquiries about combos and deals and rashes you and when at window basically tossed your change and good back at you before slamming Thier window shut them this is your place. The quality of food went down. But most important of all the quality of Thier staff is horrible. No greetings..mumbled have a nice days as they are already turned around and the window cuts off whatever else they ended up saying. Look I know times are kinda rough at moment for employees. But the training and knowledge of burger kinda new employees are in my opinion non existent. It's like they hired people and then said do this and learn as you go with no aforementioned training or social skills to handle a drive thru. I highly recommend NOT to go to this burger King. I do not know about other BKs but this one is by far the worst restaurant that I have had to deal with multi occasions. I have started going farther away from home to find good customer serves as Burger King lost me as a long time customer. Months later I'm back only to witness management tearing into the staff outside of restaurant in back about them being busy and being on break to long. I am VERY IMPRESSED! The Manager is forthright and polite. The store is exceptionally clean. BUT! - The Whopper's the Best I have ever tasted! The bun is solid and full bodied. It is not squished, but kept its shape and firm shape im my hands. The vegetables are cold, fresh and crunchy, not day old - flimsy and soft. The beef patty was its usual flavourful self. Wish they did this offer for 2 patties. I have to ask and they will add one, cost depends on the store. When l took my first bite, each layer stood up to br accounted for. The bun slightly crush against my teeth, then the slightly sweet dough of the bun made my mouth water more. Then, in rapid, succession, the wet, yet crisp onions, pickle, tomato and fresh, firm country fresh lettuce leaves, each releasing their character texture and flavour before my teeth broke to the beef patty. Its flavour and texture is firm and juices rich! I wonder if it's peppered? Might be my imagination. Mom used to use pepper on hamburgers. And garlic salt, too, come to think of it. Not that anything can compare to Mom's cooking, of course! I just felt that the Whopper that I ate today would have rated highly in both my book...
