My friend and I took our children to this park to allow them to eat dinner and play the first thing my child had to witness were two lights on the jungle gym. He told my friend, and she went and picked them up and threw them away. We all sat down to eat, and when the kids were done, they went to play. As they were playing, her son found a half full water bottle, and who knows what was in it. Then my son came to me with a syringe held in his hand, and the needle was still intact. After all this we decided to leave but it is really unsatisfactory to have to experience these events being I have been taking my children to this park for many years and now seeing these things today I don't ever want to take my kids to this park ever again. I feel this park need around the clock surveillance. This was a year ago today, and the picture I took today and posted is our park today. It's not a safe park at all or kids or families.

The playground is kind of run down. Has ample space to play sports and walk your dog though.

Updates on the playset or even swings could make this park just a little better. As of the past year, it has completely been unusable due to the items and people staying in this area. The items you find are not safe for children, animals, including yourself. From burnt foil to straws!! all you can think of when the people (homeless & drug addicts) who come here have no care to at least pick up their contraband and relocate. .. but no. Our kids, our community in the neighborhood no longer feels safe. This park needs revaluation...

When the sun is out, this park is gorgeous. There is plenty of room to walk your dog or go for a run. Take the kids to play on the jungle gym or have a bbq/picnic. Baseball field included, picnic tables and trash cans....
