06/17/2024 - I went to Viva burrito on 2175 E Irvington road at 8:25 and my chicken quesadilla had no chicken. Brought the food back and a little boy Sebastian at the window took the quesadilla and then gave it back to me. I looked at the quesadilla and they used the same quesadilla and just added chicken instead of making a new one. I asked Sebastian did you guys used the same quesadilla and he told me that he didn't know and closed his window. I went inside and asked for a manager then Sebastian and another boy that was on the grill said there is no manager tonight. I showed Sebastian the quesadilla and how this was not appropriate and it is considered cross contamination. Sebastian just said okay then the other boy on the grill told me in that he will make a new when and then Sebastian threw the cross contaminated quesadilla in the trash. While waiting I got more disgusted because the boy that was on the grill was cooking raw meat and did not make the chicken quesadilla in a clean area instead he cooked it in the same place as the raw meat. It's obvious this kids do not know what they are doing and have been cross contaminating food. I will officially be filling a complaint to the...

They open very early for those who want a breakfast burrito at 6 in the morning! I purchased a ham, cheese, egg, potato (D) and it was warm and fresh. Also comes with salsa! The burritos are roughly $5 each. Personally, I think there's not enough salsa for the amount of burrito you get so ask for another, better safe than sorry. I think it took about 4-5 minutes wait time on drive through once ordered, so they are very fast.

The service... The younger the women the more attitude you will receive. I had a young woman try to take my order and be completely rude about it however the older woman was able to take my order and serve me properly and give me the service I deserve. I think they need to retrain or let the young woman know that when we support that business we are also supporting their livelihood or paycheck. At the end of the day, I just want kind people working with me or taking my order.

Make sure to get a receipt, if they don't provide you with one you can call corporate office and get a free burrito...

After a long 12 hour day, I stopped and grabbed a Carne Asada burrito in the way home. I asked employee Carolina for a plain burrito. 28 min later when getting home, 1st bite is loaded with Pico de gallo. Crushed me.. I thought id come in the morning to talk with a Supervisor/manager about it and asked. They dont have them onsite was the response. I told them my situation, there was 3 people at the time and none bother to say sorry or try to remake a new to keep a client happy. They asked if wanted the number to their office. I told them no thanks. Im sorry to write a review 😔 but its important to take care of your loyal clients. This morning, nobody showed any enthusiasm to help me but only to get a sale. A small refresher to your staff on hearing their client and doing their part is all. Other experiences have had their moments but this morning really bummed me...

The worst experience I have ever had at any established venue. I ordered two breakfast burritos A large order of frys and a side of potatoes that's it. ( I eat at Viva at least 6 times a week at different locations) Normally, the wait, and anticipation builds while you wait to savor every bite while the burrito cools. The wait is well worth it. It's what has you coming back for more time and time again especially at the Craycroft and 22 location. I will never again go to the Irvington location. The burritos were cold and crusty I paid twice the price for half as much frys and they were cold and soggy clumped together overall The meal was unedible when trying To speak to the person they were extremely rude and disrespectful. It is safe to say I will never again waste time money or patience at this location

We Waited 15mins just to place an order just to get our orders wrong. I also ordered a tamale on the side that she forgot to make so it took an extra 15 just to prepare it, well lets just say warm it up in the microwave totally burning it nuking the heck out of it. By then we had to head back to WORK!! When I realized the quality I was at my second break, I noticed My tamale was rock hard. Never will I eat there again, the service sucks& the quality of food is a joke. It seems like they're never ready a total waste of my lunch break I don't recommend this place to anyone it's so unprofessional. always a wait of 15 min to half hour wait because they ALWAYS tell us their burners aren't on,food not fresh!!👎😠👎I don't know why I keep thinking the next visit will be better but same thing everytime!!

It's good. I read through the other reviews which were not so good AFTER I ordered and was wondering if I had made a mistake in my desperation for Mexican food on the way home from the movies. This location is a bit unassuming but we stopped. I was on the hunt for a chile rellano burrito, the hubs needed some tacos. The place was clean, there were a few other customers enjoying food and the drive through appeared pretty busy. We got our food fast, it tasted fresh and was hot and quite frankly my burrito was better than I had expected! Not sure I would come back since I am not in this area often... but I would tell anyone driving down Irvington jonesing for tacos or burritos they should stop here and give them a try.
