Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

If I could I would rate it a zero. I just got done doing a delivery through door dash. I had two orders and they had one ready so I wanted 5-10 minutes for the second order to be done. But the order wasn’t completed, so I left to deliver my first order, and then go back to the store. And so I did that, when I returned the staff told me to wait another ten minutes, and I told them that I have been waiting for over thirty minutes (which I was). The customer I am picking up for claims to not see that I am in the store so they call the store which is normal, but then the employee that answered look at me and in the eyes saying no, I was there that whole time. They then began to laugh as they carried on to do other orders. They claimed the system was down. So I spoke to the manager asking where this order is. He then proceeds to act like he is putting efforts into the order. I take it and deliver it and I can’t, am not allowed to open the food packages at any time. So I delivery and the wife opens the door asking what is this? Turns out the employees just put a piece of dough and splattered any ingredient that they could and threw it into the pizza box. I was disgusted, this was disrespectful to the customer and myself. It was shameful on the reputation of the establishment. I am baffled that the whole team behaved in the way they did, I wish they would have done the order properly so that. The customer and their family could eat...

Thursday night 2/2/2024 at 7:30pm I went to this location to get a 3 meat piazza crazy combo and wings went to the drive thru was told it going to take 15 minutes for my order to pull the font of the store okay so I wait 15 minutes was up went inside the store it was a nightmare they was a line all the way to the soda machine wait a other 15 minutes in line to ask if my order was ready yet nope not yet I wait for 1 hr and 25 for a pizza !!!! Everyone that was in the store was gone already I was the only one still wait even walk-ins was geting there paizz before drive-through so still wait ask the Cash what take so long he told me a other 10 minutes my food should be done so I wait and wait get call the the counter just to be told the guy Burnt my paizz had to wait a other 15 minutes !!! People was walking out with free soda for waiting more then 25 minutes for pizza the paizz portal didn’t not work can’t enter the code .the outside of the restaurant was very dirty someone thought breadsticks in font of the restaurant for the homeless people on the ground …. Customer service sucks at this location the cashier kept forgetting people name and order number hand out the wrong paizz and order!!! These workers need better training !!!!!

I love little Caesar pizza I have 4 kids so it's an easy fast dinner. I gotta say that I was completely spoiled when I went to several different locations bcus this littls Caesar on Campbell and Irvington is by far the worst one I have ever spent my money at. The biggest issue is the line and the wait is completely rediculous. Every single time I go there they always tell me 20min wait why do they say "hot and ready" straight up false advertising. The other issues ive had is its like the pizzas are made without any concern for standards or pride they dont cut all the way through and the slices are always jacked up big slices and small slices the topping are center toppings and cheese is never all over the pizza always clumped in the center... I am completely dissatisfiehd with this little caesar I will be contacting corporate and for now on will be going to a little caesar that is farther away but at least no wait and a...
