Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

This comment is coming from someone who normally does not complain, however my experience at your store on campbell and irvington was very surprising and quite concerning.

Upon arrival my mother and i walked in to the store to find the one employee running the show was actually standing outside along with someone else who didnt seem to be an employee however it was to tell because aparently there is no dress code at this store being that the employee who came in behind us after we walked in looked quite intimidating as he was wearing a dirty looking flannel big bulky headphones and no uniform.

After providing my information to pick up my order i kindly asked if i could get some extra pepperonccinis he proceeded to his prep table without washing his hands or putting any gloves on. He went and scooped with his bare hands not once but twice and placed the peppers in a piece of foil and handed it to me.

I was in shock and in disbelief and didnt know what to do at the exact moment. My mom and i just looked at each other we walked out undecisive if we should of gone back and complain or leave the pizza there but we were picking up this order for my brother who placed the order.

After arriving home with the pizza we talked about it and decided not to eat the pizza because if he was willing to scoop the food with his bare hands after he was just outside on his personal phone then we could only imagine what happens behind the...

They have a chicken Alfredo bowl , I was under the impression it had noodles . I called the store to discuss the matter . The first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund, however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place ! Unfortunately we had already ordered a epic stuffed crust and didn’t want another pizza . Which then she asked us to give her a second to hand the phone over to her manager . When the lady picked up the phone She never said her name , however started to make us aware of their no refund policy . Then decided to tell my bf how it was his fault for not understanding the online menu . Give you , her tone was very condescending. When my bf got upset and felt insulted , corrected the lady. Sent my son to pickup an order of 3 large pizza's. One of which I SPECIFICALLY ordered for my grandson who is autistic and will ONLY eat alfredo with cheese. I repeated it 3 times to the guy taking the order to make sure it was right. Well they didn't get it right as you can see, it doesn't have alfredo sauce. I called the store. The guy that answered said that the order didn't say with alfredo and when I requested the name of who took the order, they don't have that information and when asked then how will they fix this, he said they won't. I asked for a manager and he yelled for SCOTT. A GIRL took the phone which after explaining the situation stated that they were right and they would not fix the mistake.
