This comment is coming from someone who normally does not complain, however my experience at your store on campbell and irvington was very surprising and quite concerning.
Upon arrival my mother and i walked in to the store to find the one employee running the show was actually standing outside along with someone else who didnt seem to be an employee however it was to tell because aparently there is no dress code at this store being that the employee who came in behind us after we walked in looked quite intimidating as he was wearing a dirty looking flannel big bulky headphones and no uniform.
After providing my information to pick up my order i kindly asked if i could get some extra pepperonccinis he proceeded to his prep table without washing his hands or putting any gloves on. He went and scooped with his bare hands not once but twice and placed the peppers in a piece of foil and handed it to me.
I was in shock and in disbelief and didnt know what to do at the exact moment. My mom and i just looked at each other we walked out undecisive if we should of gone back and complain or leave the pizza there but we were picking up this order for my brother who placed the order.

The first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund, however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place ! I repeated it 3 times to the guy taking the order to make sure it was right. Well they didn't get it right as you can see, it doesn't have alfredo sauce. I called the store. The guy that answered said that the order didn't say with alfredo and when I requested the name of who took the order, they don't have that information and when asked then how will they fix this, he said they won't.
