Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

I went 2 times in the last two weeks to get my spicy potato taco fix both times through the drive-through. The first week, I got to the window and was given my items and was told to have a great day, and I smiled and drove off only to realize I was never given my drink. That's on me. The second visit, I was given my items and told to have a nice day, but I stayed there for an extra minute until she opened the window again and asked if I needed anything else. I advised I was not given a drink, nor was I given my drink the week prior. She apologized and handed me a pepsi when I had actually ordered a baja blast. She had a pike of drinks loaded near the window and it made me wonder how many times they forget to give the drinks out in a day. Was she new? Idk.... were they friendly... yes.... just need to be better about handing the drink to the customer along with the receipt. The tacos on the first visit were fresh and crispy, but on the second visit, the tasty and old. I would like some more...

I enjoy the food from Taco Bell so I took my family to eat here(Campbell & Irvington location). As I was using the kiosk to order food for my whole family, my daughters needed to use the restroom. So they asked for the key to the restroom and got told NO!!! The manager said after we paid for our food. I tried to hurry up and order but it was taking a while to decide what to get. I asked 1 more time if my kids could use the restroom while I order food and the manager once again said NO!!! She said not until we paid for our order. Now I can understand if I was told no or my wife got told no... but not children being told no. So I left. The manager proceeded to follow me out and ask if there was a problem and how could she help. I asked her to let my kids use the restroom while I ordered. Again she said "as soon as I paid for my order". HOW DOES SOMEONE REFUSE TO LET CHILDREN USE...

Immediately noticed the hard to ignore accumulation of trash in the parking lot. Equally impossible not to notice upon entry that several tables were dirty, additionally noticable amounts of debris on the dining room floor. The soda fountain was also a mess. Overall based on my observations I'm firmly under the impression that store appearance is not a priority at this establishment. My interaction with the staff bordered on indifference with zero personality, while not rude they certainly made it clear it wasn't gonna a friendly visit. I firmly believe Taco Bell is the best place to experience Taco Tuesdays if you're seeking abundant cheap mediocre...
