I am absolutely furious and deeply pity this business! I went in to get lip filler with Dr.Nichols, and during my appointment, they were all smiles and friendly. I was initially thrilled with the results until the swelling went away. 8 days after my treatment, I called their call center to request a follow up because my lips look exactly the same as before. The person who answered the phone said “One syringe doesn’t give volume”, and then promptly transferred me to an MA at Oasis. Shockingly, the MA repeated the same thing. Although Dr.Nichols disagrees! They spent 15-20 minutes on the phone, arguing with me instead of addressing my concerns. Eventually, they scheduled a follow-up, only to cancel and reschedule it later. After 3 weeks of waiting, I finally managed to get in for a follow-up and I can’t express how disappointed I am with the results, especially considering I chose to have the doctor do it over the nurse and I payed $559 for the filler, and $50 tip, which now feels like the biggest mistake ever. During my follow-up, they were utterly unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging my concern all I heard was that I had to pay again if I wanted any more filler. Their excuse? My “anatomy” is different from other people’s, which, conveniently, they failed to mention during my initial appointment. They even admitted that I had smaller lips and would have needed more than 1 syringe but didn’t bother to tell me before I even received the one. All I got was a half-hearted “I’m sorry”. I chose this place based on the positive feedback I had heard about their service. My own mother was even a customer here before. However, after this horrendous experience, neither of us will be going back. They not only refused to give me a refund but also denied me any additional filler. It is beyond...
Read moreFirst, I felt comfortable in the waiting are. It was clean, comfortable, warm. I don’t like ostentatious; I feel out of place. So this was truly a good sign I thought. The receptionist who checked me in was as sweet as can be; and patient as I fumbled around with my phone trying to sign up for rewards points. Dr. Ashley ( I don’t know her last name) was bright eyed and intelligent. I am mostly deaf, painfully shy, and uncomfortable in the world. Dr. Ashley put me at ease right away. Her eye contact was great. Never once did she talk to me when her back was turned. I was able to read her lips and face easily. She is a kind person. I can tell these things. Unfortunatelyi most do not know ASL, and I struggle. I didn’t struggle here. I most definitely recommend GrernSpring. If one is going to willingly seek out the pain of a sharp needle applied to the face several times in a row, like myself, then here is definitely...
