Unwelcoming, bossy with directions and organized. Nail techs were switched during my service without conversations that included myself, the consumer. Applied nail extensions were filed down to my natural nail lengths by the 2nd nail tech. Applied dip products were removed by the 2nd nail tech when she filed the sides of my nails with a rough emery board. When I mentioned to the 2nd nail tech that she filed away the dip color layers, the opaque of the nail extensions could be seen on the side, the 1st and 2nd nail techs spoke in their non English language. The 1st nail tech left her customer to come to when I was sitting with the 2nd nail tech. The 1st nail tech's voice and mannerisms escalated. The 1st nail tech saw the problem the 2nd nail tech caused and agreed that the dip needed to be reapplied. I was charged for the service. I didn't mention the purchased tips being removed (filed down to my natural nail lengths) because I just wanted to leave. I have thick caked dips. My nails are short although I paid for extensions. I will not return. Do not bumrush potential or returning customers to ask if they need a fill or pedicure as soon as they walk in. That is rude. Say hello. Great them. Do not talk to your coworkers about the customer in your native language. That is also rude. We know when you talk about us, especially when the techs look away from the customer to the one you are talking about. We see when your heads move and where your eyes go. It is also rude to have a attitude when a customer cannot tip. It is also rude to charge customers 2% to use their card and not say anything but point to the sign when we notice the price difference when you tell us a completely different price and not tell us beforehand about the extra charge. Yes it is hosted that you have a 2% charge to use the card but it is small and off to the side where it's nowhere near visible to where the payment device is. It is also rude to comment in another language when the person says they cannot tip that sounds to the customer that you were making fun of them and calling them...
Read moreI would say over all I really like this place. I worked at a luxury nail salon for 2 years so I’m hesitant to try new nail salons. If you want employees who chat with you this probably isn’t the place for it. The prices are understandable. It’s also not very cleanly here but it’s not gross enough to stop me from coming. I once had a girl who deeply cut my cuticle twice on one hand. It didn’t stop bleeding for at least 5 hours and she didn’t sanitize any tools that touched my blood. It seems like all the technicians have a really heavy hand with the drill. That’s how my cuticles kept getting cut. They just say to stop moving when I flinch out of pain. They’re also really pushy about offering pedicures. However I really love how my nails look whenever I come. I’ve came probably 5 times the 1.5 months I’ve lived in Tucson. This stuff doesn’t personally bother me, so I say it’s worth a try.

Read moreI was in yesterday with my friend. I got full set acrylics and she got a mani pedi. My nail tech was Linda and she did incredible; I asked for a specific design and she was so patient and exact. They came out exactly as I wanted. The same cannot be said for my friends experience. She asked for a simple French tip with an almond shape; not only was the shape messed up even though she specifically asked them to be reshaped multiple times, but they are bumpy, and look inflated. It was the worst manicure job I have ever seen. I’m the future, if I decide to go back, I will only ask for Linda. This was our third time here, first experience was zero complaints. When we went back for pedicures they let my friend sit so long with the sugar scrub that her skin was hurting afterwards, they gave her a $5 off card as apology. And this time was even more frustrating. Very hit or miss here; up to you whether to spend the money here or not. Sad experience for the amount of money my...
