MUST READ!!!! On occasion our orders have been not as we wanted them, however, tonight I only ordered pizza because I am unable to go anywhere and I needed something to drink. My truck broken and personally I have the flu. So the driver delivers it and (being diabetic I can only drink diet) brought me the wrong soda. I wish these drivers and store employee's would ensure that you get exactly what you ordered. I wasn't offered any kind of compensation at all and was made to feel that somehow this was my fault. Now I have to wait for the correct soda to be re-delivered.....BLAH Now I have waited over 35 minutes for the re-delivery. I called the manager, Johnny, and he was extremely rude to me and told me they were busy.... He then stated if I would stop giving him attitude he might be able to help me, I responded that if he would stop giving me attitude and bring my soda I would be happy. He told me I was rude and a few other choice words and he was busy and hung up on me. When I called back to get the owners name and number he proceeded to tell employees not to discuss this issue with me. I told the employee I wanted to know if I was going to get my soda and he said that is up to the manager, that he could not tell me. I asked to speak with the manager and he stated he was busy and had to go and I was hung up on a second time. I called back and again asked for the manager and was told they would bring my soda. As of yet I still have not received it. Being understaffed is not MY problem. I had already paid and waited the appropriate time for my order. Correcting their error should not put me at the bottom of the list....I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL I will tell everyone I know about this. In conclusion, an hour later I did finally receive the correct item. I will definately discuss this with the owner tomorrow. I am hopeful that he will do something to resolve the issue. It is sad that the employee's have more business edicate than their manager. I will update this after I have spoken to the owner. Depending on the outcome I may forward this review to the Tucson Newspaper.
UPDATE: I called earlier today and left a message for the owner, then I was transferred to the GM, Johnny, I asked him to speak to the owner, Terrance Brennan, and he said he would be available after 3PM. I called back at 4PM and was told the he had "something to do" and not available today. I then left another message for him to call me back ASAP.
WELL, it took 3 days however the owner did call me today and was bewildered by what I was telling him. After a little investigating he discovered that I in fact did not talk to the gm, Johnny. Someone else spoke to me in that manner and gave me the GM name. He assured me that he would deal with this situation appropriately. He also credited me back for the full order for all the hassle even though I told him that it wasn't necessary I only wanted the situation resolved so that we can continue to order the pizza we like instead of taking our business else where. Yes, visually the pizza looks descent by the angle of the photo. Well, I was disappointed, too. It has absolutely zero flavor. Like how is this even possible? The cheese taste rubbery plasticky, but how? Why is this a thing? Marinara sauce where? No flavor. Maybe it was old and frozen? I swear I’ve had those bagel bites out from the freezer to the microwave with more wholesome in flavor and texture. Texture: you are chewing a warm latex glove. I will admit, one can tell they have a quality burning oven from the pic, gets all the spots, but the ingredients they are using are just the bad. I know we are living in inflation, but this is no excuse. These kids workings here are legit burnout children’ of the corn. How can they possibly screw this up? Just how? Please for the love of God hire some Italians that know how to bake regular pizza. No one’s asking for a Michelin star experience. This was too gross, I feel so bad I have to toss it out. I had also ordered a side of cheese breads that are also lacking in so flavor. Like it’s almost impossible to mess this one up, but somehow they succeeded. Mind blown. They also forgot the marinara sauce that goes with the breadsticks, but judging by the way their messy stations looked, I think I dodged a freakin bullet on the marinara! Also, I do not have Covid I can taste fine. I’m being sincerely honest when I say this pizza is a greasy prank. Don’t be like me and spend $30 on dry warm on a cardboard. Read moreI am updating this review because I tried them again. This time I ordered for delivery. The pizza arrived quickly. The driver, James S. was very nice. He was also very understanding and accommodating. The pizza was fresh and hot. Changing my review to 5 stars.
I ordered a pizza online at 1115pm for 1140pm pick up. I got there at 1130. I knew it would be a wait. I was fine with that because I was 10 minutes early. When I pull up the only employee I see is standing outside on his phone. He greeted me. I told him I placed an order online. He had no idea there was an order placed. I follow him inside and pay for my pizza. He mumbles something about the dough and then says I could go to my car and he would bring it out. I thought that was odd since there is seating right there inside. But I go out to my car. And I wait. Since I was on my phone I lost track of time. When I noticed the time it was 1155 pm. Still no pizza. So I go in. This time there is a female employee at the counter. I asked her about my pizza. It's sitting on the wire rack all boxed up. I told her about the previous conversation with the other guy. She asked if I would like to speak to the manager. She goes looking for him. Finally he comes out of the side office. I asked him about him saying he would bring it out. He said he didn't say that. Of course he didn't remember. His eyes were puffy and red. Get stoned at home. Not at work. When I reiterated the conversation to him he quit denying it. I asked for my money back and left. Very poor customer service.
