GameStop — Attraction in Tulare

I usually don't have issues with Game Stop in Tulare. However I think management should train their employees better. I picked up a game that was pretty-ordered, it came with a necklace. I asked the associate 3x about the necklace, she said it's in the box. The 3rd time she went to ask her manager. The manager said the same. I got home and guess what?
