We came in on 9/26 i they were extremely packed, we waited 45 minutes for one plate and a medium honey chicken. We were okay with the wait, no problem. Got the medium chicken and the bigger pieces were cold in the middle. I went back up and asked if they could please give me a new one since it was cold. The girl said we can offer you a small, I asked for the size I paid for, or my money back. She went and spoke to another associate who told her she needed to “check” my food. She asked to do so and I gave it to her, she went and got a manager (Abby) who came out and said no problem we will give you a new medium chicken. Perfect. She proceeds to walk to the side with another associate (the one who told the first girl to check my food) she handed her my original box and the girl came and handed it to me pretending it was new. It wasn’t, it was the same box that I gave them! My half bitten chicken was STILL in the container! So after it was already cold, and 3 separate people opened my food to “check” it, you give it back pretending it’s a new one? Disgusting. I will be calling corporate tomorrow, and having cameras checked. I saw what you did and you should all be ashamed. I get you’re busy and trying to shell food out as fast as possible, but come on. Abby was extremely rude when approached about the situation, she was off and took off immediately after what happened, leaving her team in complete turmoil struggling to handle the amount of guests in the store. Read moreThe food was good, but the workers were super slow. They had one girl up front rushing us, but we literally had to tell her our order at least 3 times, for every side. She was so rude, she would ask us what we wanted and wouldn't listen. I thought it was ridiculous. Edit: we went back, huge mistake. We had to wait for them to make another side, which they said would be 7 minutes, 25 minutes later, it was ready, and then they forgot to add another side, so we had to wait another 15 minutes. Then, they weren't making it! I had to ask for the manager, meanwhile our food that was ready, they had sitting to the side getting cold. The manager was so rude and didn't care, she made excuses and said they were busy! But they had like 13 employees running around just bumping into each other doing nothing. Read moreI love panda but this location may have been having an off day because there fried rice tasted bland there dink dispenser had a soda constantly running so all 5he other drinks tasted awful and I think they may have been finishing a remodel or were already done but they had a lot of materials out in dining area so made space every limited. Even after all that I still would have been good because panda is pretty generous with there serving portions but when I got back to my work to eat is when I noticed that I didn't even get my plate filled properly and as I was on my lunch I couldn't go back and speak with a manager about there teams lack of execution from upon entering till upon my departure.
