Honestly this place is getting out of hand this is the only one in Tulare so I go to Visalia now because there staff are lazy and the manager is just there with the one cashing out people she watching what people are ordering and yet she over charges people it’s not the first time I brought it to her attention and she said she could refund me a dollar or give me something else for that price and I told her no I don’t want anything else but she was just rude about it. I didn’t order no beef. All I get is chicken and the tables were dirty. There were five or six members there in front. They don’t need all those people there. Read moreWhen ordering my food on June 4th at approximately 4:30-5 PM the manager was preparing my food, she was very fast, spoke over me, didn't add my vinegar after asking for it twice, then in the middle of our conversation while I was thinking about getting guacamole she (a white lady), asked, "Quero algo mas" As if I didn't know English when the whole conversation was in English. I know what this is and the term for this is radicalization. After getting home I realized she filled up my queso halfway. I then called the restaurant to get her name to make a complaint and while talking to her over the phone she said, " You can make a complaint but it's just going straight to me and when I read it you need to be respectful or I will just ignore it". Read moreI came in on Sunday and they were a bit busy but employees were doing great (This was my first time in a Chipotle ). I got up to order and a 6ft female with glasses took my order and i felt rushed, her negative facial expression said a lot. In the time that she took my order she was telling a male employee to pay attention not 1 or 2 times but 3 times (I'm sure he understood the 1st time you told him). I was so uncomfortable, I wanted to cry for the employee, all day you're bad vibe was with me. I left feeling sad and if you are the manager for this location please work on yourself and how you treat people/employees.
