Read moreIt'd probably be better if there was more to do. The toys are very basic and more dangerous than safe for small children. Most of the children can't get up the toys because they are too tall for the kids. Even I, at 18 and 5'9", need to grab onto a handle to help lift myself into the platforms. The tennis court is nice and usually clean, but the basketball court is a joke. As a long time basketball player, and yes I know I'm only 18, it's only half court and there's no lines or anything for practice. You shouldn't have an attempt of a court without some kind of effort. The City of Tumwater also does not maintain it very often and they're always low on doggy bags. The sign says to leave a doggy back if you take one, but we're taking one because we're all out. It is almost always empty so people can't pick up after their dog and they have to walk off in embarrassment. Not to mention there is no bathroom of any kind like most city parks, not even a port-o-potty. The picnic tables have disgusting messes on them and the city does nothing about them and most if the tables are broken and haven't been replaced since the park came to be. They do not trim the trees branches so the wind can easily knock over branches, which is a safety hazard. The trail is very bumpy and you can easily trip over it because of the...

It was perfect for a quick dogwalk around the path, and the green space's size looks like a great place for kids who...
