Clothes Ave — Attraction in Turlock

Everything was great! I took my daughter here this evening to find her a dress for her sweet 16. Found one. No issues. Got to the register, paid for the dress, and 2 pair of leggings. Also got her a little bracelet and myself a pack of silver toe rings. Lastly, they had some cute toe rings at the counter while she was checking me out. I asked how much. They were $3.99. I got one. Gave it to her to ring up. Anyhow I got in the car, drove to old navy. Was at old navy for about an hour looking for an outfit for my son. Then we left. Got home, and as we're in the driveway, I told my daughter to please hand me that toe ring in the bag. It was very small, so I wanted to get it now so I could put it on so it doesn't get lost. Ughhhhh, the cashier never put it in the bag!!!! FML... So irritating. I even checked the bracelet bag and larger toe ring bag to see if maybe she had stuck it in there so it wouldn't get lost. Nope! I am very confused by the many terrible reviews because I used to come here a few times with my then 4yr old who went to a preschool nearby between 2022 & 2023. My daughter fell in love with this clothing store the first time we stepped in there. She used her allowance money to purchase a jewelry set and I had purchased a two piece set for my baby shower and it’s still as beautiful today as the day I bought it. Beside that, I would only window shop bc I didn’t have splurging money but I loved looking at their selection of clothing. I’ve never encountered any rudeness. I was always welcomed with a warm smile and they were always very friendly and helpful. Today was my first time going back after a little over a year. I brought along my 1yr old and she was grabbing anything within her reach, making a bit of a mess + throwing a tantrum throughout the whole time. I was there for about an hour and a half. I just want to let people know that this store is horrible! Don’t waste your time and money on cheap quality, I went about two weeks ago to buy some sandals and I found these and thought they were so nice for a wedding I had to attend. I only wore them after I got tired of my heels and I only wore them for about 1 hour and I was sitting the quality was so bad and the sandals came apart. They have rude workers with a big attitude. First and last time I come to this place and I wanted all you to know because it’s a waste of money.
