I want to love this place, and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt- but they aren’t getting better. The concept and menu is perfect, the service and execution are terrible.

There needs to be a manager there at all times to train and teach and keep an eye on stupid things like silverware, table wipes, toilet paper… the low hanging fruit. I literally took the silverware containers to be refilled to the front counter to try and be helpful both times I’ve been. She looked at me like I was lost, didn’t fill them- I had to stand there and explain that I can’t eat until they put more silverware out.

Our orders have consistently been wrong, missing items, totally under educated staff- ingredients, systems, general offerings, overall lack of knowledge.

The ingredients are good quality, but the proportions are always off. There had to be a full cup of red onions and jalapenos and about 3 pieces of spinach in my bowl today. Missing sauce, missing upcharged add ons- probably partially the front end being awful, but the kitchen isn’t understanding their role either.

Small gripe- there is a whole pancake menu… and no butter!?! There are great, healthy, nutritious grass for butters on the market… get some!

On top of our issues, we saw multiple people come in for remakes- if you are coming from Merced, drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Modesto until this group gets their...

Never been here, got the Thai steak and chicken bowl. Really delicious. Tasted fresh, love the sauce, good veggie to meat ratio. I think the price was great for this, $22 for a ton of delicious meats and some sauce and veggies and also my choice of a side (sweet potato mash in the photo) I would come back, food is good, order was put out on time and I loved all the options…. I just took my order to go though so I can’t comment on the inside of the store…. Also, please train your employees to say “thank you have a nice day” or something other than a blank stare when I pay for my food. Or maybe it’s the Gen Z crowd that works there I don’t know.

EDIT 11/03/25: went again I couldn’t stop thinking about this place!!! Got a create your own bowl. I got pepper steak with veggies, garlic, turmeric rice and Chimichurri sauce. I also got air fryer fries! This was absolutely AMAZING! Ready very quickly for pickup and nothing was wrong with my order!!!!! Love love love...

Went after they first opened as I love the one in Modesto and this one is closer. First experience wasn’t great, floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty, staff was struggling and the portions were smaller than Modesto. But food was decent.

I figured I’d try it again after all the kinks were worked out and it was actually worse than the first time. The poor girl, although very nice didn’t know how to take the order. When I received my order it was completely wrong and so was my to go order. As I sat down to eat I had to get up atleast four times to go to the cook and have him give me something they left out on the build your own bowl. They literally left out four of the ingredients and if you include the sauce 5 and the portions were small.
