We were served by the owner, who immediately came across as standoffish and irritated by our presence.

We asked if we could use a coupon. He said yes but only for select proteins. We agreed, but things became confusing when he denied our request for a turkey sandwich. Even though he had just listed turkey as an approved option. He then restated the eligible proteins, this time with fewer choices.

Next, he asked for all three of our sandwich veggies requests at once, which led to a mix-up with the ingredients. When he incorrectly made one of our sandwiches, instead of discarding the unwanted lettuce, he tossed it onto another sandwich, which felt highly unsanitary. There were also minimally placed vegetables. On top of that, some of the vegetables looked discolored and old, as if they were left over from the previous day.

We understand that not all Subway locations accept coupons, but that’s no excuse for treating customers poorly just because they’re trying to use one. We left feeling undervalued and disappointed. We won’t be returning to...

The worst Subway I've ever been to! The second we walked in instant attitude about coupons. I was just holding them in my hand, didn't even ask or say a word about the coupons! But they felt it extremely necessary for me to know that they only take certain coupons and we can only order from a certain part of the menu for that coupon. That's NOT what the coupon says. Then they tried to charge us for cheese that is part of the sandwich saying it's not part of the deal. Then the lady making my sandwich proceeded to put things on my sandwhich that I said specifically requested NOT to put on. So with MAJOR attitude she tried to pick it all off. I told her not to worry and that I would deal with it. Like damn! I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE. Worst service ever and they try to scam you! I’ve been coming to this subway for years being it’s right across from my house. I walked in yesterday and the owner, older man was serving. He proceeded to make my sandwich once I present my coupon he hits me with “ oh you didn’t say anything when I first made the sandwich so I added extra cheese, both sandwiches came out to $20 after I gave him the coupon” I said well I didn’t ask for extra cheese why is it so expensive if I’ve always used a coupon here? Again proceeded to say “ a lot of places don’t take coupons anymore and I added extra cheese” again I didn’t ask for. I got home and checked the sandwich and sure enough it wasn’t extra cheese.
