Costco Wholesale — Attraction in Turlock

The only good thing I have to say about this Costco is they always have enough cash registers open so you don't have to wait a half hr to check out. With that being said though... The food court is terrible, I ordered a pizza at check out. I waited inline at he food court for 10 min, got to the front and was told it was going to be 18 more min. I went back in 15 and waited in line for another 10 min to be told it's going to be another 15 min. I waited right next to the pick up window, the guy at the pick up window knew my name, the number, and how long I had been waiting. He had told me to wait until my number was called. When the pizza was done they stuck it on a shelf and never called my number out. I waited over an hr for my pizza, I asked why wasn't my number called and my pizza was just sitting on a shelf for 20 min. He blamed me and said I didn't hear it. I'm standing at the pick up window, I hadn't moved. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced there, I will never order from their food court again. To add insult to injury people who were just ordering kept getting their pizza right away, it was one of the most frustrating and unorganized things I've ever seen.

A few weeks after this incident I ordered a chocolate cake with white frosting from their bakery. It was wrong, the whole cake was white. It was for my daughters birthday (she LOVES chocolate) we didn't know the cake was white until we cut into it. This Costco is only 10 min from my house but the customer service there is a joke. I have never written a review in my life and im really not the type to be a Karen but yall need to watch how you talk to people. Like tell me why at one point when I was having issues checking out and trying to resolve the problem at membership services this lady told me something along the lines of

"well I know this isn't even a real membership card because the number starts with _"

like woah ur already doing way too much I didn't realize I was dealing with homeland security over here but lemme give you a chance to back up so I just said "well I wouldn't create a fake Costco card so....." expecting a response along the lines of oh I know it must be an issue on our end but instead I just got silence.

I am a member through being added as an authorized user of my dads account and I did the whole setup process AT THIS LOCATION like I got a card and my picture taken and everything. Whatever issue is going on is on yalls end! This review is for the tire center. Don't expect your tire hazard coverage to cover any tire you purchase from these fools. Wife's car got a screw imbedded in it on the way to work during a severe rainstorm. She noticed it when she arrived at work. She called me and I drove out to find the screw in the tread. Since new cars don't come with spares anymore I pulled the tire and took it to a local tire shop to have it patched, only to find that the tire had cracked due to the short distance it was driven. I called Costco and was informed that if the tire was not repairable and I had the shop repair it so we could get the car home they would void the hazard warranty. With no option I had to purchase a replacement used tire so my wife could safely drive home. I then took the unmounted unrepaired tire to the Costco where it was purchased only to be told sorry you drove on it so NOT covered. So you spend your hard earned 1000.00 dollars on a set of high end tires with road hazard coverage, get a screw in the tread and don't realize it right away and now not only is your tire screwed you are too. Advise all to think twice before buying you tires from Costco. This was the first tire purchase from Costco and will be the last.
