My visit to Sonic this morning was a complete disappointment. Despite ordering three number one meals with drinks, the service I received was abysmal. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude when I politely asked for sauce for the tater tots, displaying a complete lack of professionalism.
To make matters worse, half of our fries were served cold, and the tater tots were not any better. The burgers looked like they had been carelessly handled and squashed, presenting a sorry sight. For a bill totaling over $40 for just three meals, the quality of the food and service was simply unacceptable.
It is disheartening to see that the employees, who are supposedly earning $20 an hour, demonstrate no pride in their work or the food they serve. This lack of care and attention to detail is evident in the subpar quality of the meals we received.
Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to Sonic anytime soon. With so many dining options available, it is a shame that Sonic fails to deliver on the most basic aspects of customer service and food quality. Disappointing, to...

"Button doesn't work," But the restaurant is like in a dead zone for the internet, so just trying to order and use the app was a joke. Once we got our order in- it took FOREVER. Like we could have and should have gone somewhere else, probably ANYWHERE else and been in and out in the time it took us just to order and get our food. We opted to try the new Buffalo Chicken Bute things. They were alright, but 4 of the 7 had almost zero filling, I know that's not really a restaurant specific problem since they come frozen, but that's definitely a quality control problem in the larger scheme of things. Read moreExtremely rude woman at the drive thru when I went through on 9/20/22 between 6:45-7pm. No one in line and I preceeded to put a simple order in. She yelled at me and I replied in a polite manner and she yelled at me again and was extremely rude. I could not believe this is how she was treating me when I put a simple order in. Completely uncalled for. At that point, there was no way I was putting an order in. I replied, "never mind, you are extremely rude" and drove off. Unfortunately, this person doesn't understand their job and I will never come here again to avoid dealing with this type of attitude.
