Mattress Firm is the worst they did me and family wrong from beginning to the end. Don't finance from or buy there product. You're better off saving your hard earned money or going somewhere else. First off I wanted a great mattress for my pregnant wife and son that use to like to sleep in the same bed as his mom. Thought I got a good deal when I was almost done paying it off within the year I have paid about 1,400. That was a lot of money for me for a mattress and a box spring it was nothing special it was just a regular box spring and a mattress. I was about $40 short of paying it off within the year and because of that they charge me an extra $600 in interest and fees. I thought that maybe the company would call me and let me know hey your years coming up you should pay it off or maybe an email or something to give me a heads up because I definitely could have paid that extra $40 and save myself an extra $600 from paying. So even though I had to pay the extra $600 I paid off the mattress now I said what the heck I have a good mattress for a long time no I was wrong about three and a half years later the mattress was a mess sagging everywhere all kinds of dents. So bad that I needed a different one. When I bought the mattress I asked the gentleman at mattress firm to give me something that would last a long time because I wanted my son that I knew was going to be tall to have something he could grow into so I bought king size mattress and h&r he said this one was the best one for longevity and quality. Boy was he wrong the mattress is awful. I tried to warranty the mattress because supposedly they have a 10-year warranty and they told me that the mattress was stained the mattress is not stained it's just my son that sleeps on it everyday is a kid and he is not always the cleanest person you know how kids play. But he certainly never peed in it or dropped any juice on it we made sure of that. They said because the mattress was stained they could not warranty it how awful that $2,000 right down the drain they gave me a coupon for 20% off what am I going to do with that now I'm stuck and my son needs a new mattress and mattress firm was awful they didn't even say sorry we couldn't have sorry we couldn't help you or we'll give you 50% off or something worthwhile so please save your money and don't...

Alyssa at this location went above and beyond to help and assist with my online purchase return. This was the first time that I made a purchase online with Mattress Firm. I purchased a bed frame for my little nephew because his old frame was broken. Did nt realize that the following day, my brother stop by the house and my little nephew show him the sagging bed. It was just a loose screw that popped out..he just screw it back and the frame was fix..(I should of inspected the frame myself first..lol). Anyways I then proceeded to the website trying to call customer care to no available, then website refer me to “Chat”.. again no one was available to chat..I then email customer service and did nt get any reply back. I m getting pretty frustrated and disappointed at this time. I then decided to call the local store and explain the situation to Alyssa at the Turlock store. Instead of just explaining “Policy” can t return etc..she listen and understood my frustration and without any hesitation offer for me to come by her store and she will gladly assist and return the product at her store! For me , excellent customer service goes a long way! I would recommend this location to all my friends and family if they are in the market for anything bedroom...

We walked in without any real expectations or price idea because we knew a mattress was an investment. We also had no idea what type of mattress we would prefer as a couple or even individually. Upon entering the store, Shane Dobbins greeted us and began to show us some mattresses and made the process so much more easier than ever imagined. He was able to figure out which type of mattress would be best for us before we even knew and he was absolutely right! He organized a package for us and gave us so many options on how we could pay for our ideal set up. We decided we wanted to pay in full and came up with a budget and he was able to help us get the perfect mattress for us and helped us on a personable level that was unmatched in the sales world. He took his time, let us wander around and think out loud, and was there for our questions and concerns. We almost went to Costco but I’m so glad we didn’t. It was both of our first time in a mattress firm and Shane made us realize it’s the only place we will ever go for our mattress needs!
