Crooks. This place should be shut down. Customer service is nonexistent; it's customer abuse instead. Be prepared to be belittled; the people who run this shop are argumentative, condescending, and liars. I made a purchase and specifically asked, if there were problems with this device, could I bring it back? After being assured it would be no problem, I bought it, brought it home, charged it, attempted to use it but and the product was defective. Within 3.5 hours of the timestamp on the receipt, I returned to the store, and the same employee/manager/owner/rude person was working and argued with me, insisting I was not eligible for a refund because I allegedly "used" the e-rig. He finally agreed to "reverse the transaction," and after he threw the return receipt at me, I noticed the name on the receipt and last 4 digits of the card didn't match mine. I pointed it out, he got flustered and mad and physically took it out on the register. His wife/mom/caretaker/zookeeper came out and helped him or so I thought. He handed me a receipt that matched and I left. Spoiler alert: he reversed the return, the refund never hit my account, but I lost the return receipt and therefore lost my $67 with nothing to show for it except a reminder of this store's repeated condoning of misogynistic behavior. Read moreI’ve been a regular customer here for over three months.and have been coming here 2,000$ a month , buying different products on a weekly basis. But after today — I’m definitely switching shops. There are plenty of smoke shops around, and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I bought a Kratom pack labeled 20 tablets for $80 — opened it right outside, and saw there were only 10 tablets inside. I calmly came back in, explained the issue, and even suggested they check the cameras. They refused to even have a conversation, got rude, and started threatening to call the police.
There’s one guy who usually works here — very chill and respectful (unfortunately, I don’t know his name). But this was clearly a different shift, and the people working today were just horrible. Feels like they knew exactly what happened and didn’t care. P.S. If the previous shift sees this — I’m the tall guy who doesn’t speak English very well. I’ve been coming here for months, and you always treated me with respect. This time it was a different shift — rude and aggressive, and they kicked me out and threatened me...

I was then instructed by the employee to bag up my own stuff and he refused to do it himself. On top of that, he was rude to begin with, when I took a picture of a skull nickname for a friend, he rudely commented asking why I'm taking a picture and if I'm actually gonna buy something to which I answered yes. Sorry I'm taking a picture for a friend that would really like thstop. But you would not like to deal with the c* I had to deal with so on top of the rude comment and the ridiculous Prit is and then not wanting to bag up my items. He also refused to bag up my friend's item, which was much larger and should have been bagged upon exiting the shop as it would have attracted very negative attention.
