Read moreMy friend and I attended a Vintage Christmas tree painting class, this was our first time at Hands On. The class was fun and we love how our trees turned out. I waited 10 days for a call to let me know they were ready to be picked up, no call came so I called and left a message, but no one returned my call. I called back the next day and was told they were ready to be picked up. After we picked up our trees we went to install the light bulbs and noticed that they were way too small for the holes on the tree, so a mistake was made and we were given the bulbs that fit the small trees, not the large trees that we ordered. I called Hands On and explained the situation and whoever I spoke to, basically told me there was no reason the bulbs shouldn't fit. Kind of made me feel stupid for even suggesting that a mistake could have been made. Didn't apologize...just told me to bring our trees back down there so they can look and see that the bulbs we were given do not fit and see if they have bulbs that do fit...I just ordered the correct size bulbs on Amazon cause I am not going back there. I live in Murtaugh...it's not just down the street from me. I understand mistakes happen, but it was handled wrong and I'm very disappointed that my first experience with Hands On. No call, no call back, then the bulbs and the way I was treated over it. Was not a good experience or...
Read moreMy Mom loves Hands on and has created some really fun things at both the Twin Falls and Buhl locations. She loves that she can pick items up and paint them in the comfort of her home, she then returns to the store to have them finish the process. I wanted to get her a gift card for Valentine's Day to support her Hands On habit, but live out of the area sop picking one up in person was impossible. I contacted the owner and she sent me a link to purchase an e-gift card online. The process was super simple and they had multiple e-gift card images to pick from that would fit any occasion. I loved that I was able to purchase the gift card earlier in the week and have it scheduled to be delivered on Valentines Day. My mom received her Valentines themed gift card without issue and she is excited to go create more amazing things! Thank you Hands On for...
