Liberty Hall — Attraction in Tyler

I purchased tickets to see Doug Stone at Liberty Hall and was really looking forward to the concert. Unfortunately, I showed up on the night of the event only to find a sign on the door saying it had been rescheduled — with no prior notice or communication whatsoever.

There were several other people who showed up just as confused and frustrated as I was. No email, no phone call, no update… nothing to let us know the concert had been canceled or moved. It’s incredibly disappointing that a venue wouldn’t take the basic step of notifying ticket holders about a change like this.

I understand that things happen and events can get postponed, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future, because right now, it feels like they just left their guests...

Saw Rocky Horror Live here. Awesome! Great experience! Awesome actors that put on a great show! The only and I mean only thing I'd change is more t.p. and a heads up that I needed it more than once. Even that turned into a funny t.p. catch, release, retrieve, repeat, situation that just added to the experience though. I definitely plan to go...
