I purchased tickets to see Doug Stone at Liberty Hall and was really looking forward to the concert. Unfortunately, I showed up on the night of the event only to find a sign on the door saying it had been rescheduled — with no prior notice or communication whatsoever.
There were several other people who showed up just as confused and frustrated as I was. No email, no phone call, no update… nothing to let us know the concert had been canceled or moved. It’s incredibly disappointing that a venue wouldn’t take the basic step of notifying ticket holders about a change like this.
I understand that things happen and events can get postponed, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future, because right now, it feels like they just left their guests...
