The back wax was good, no pain. I did end up developing back acne after the wax, but I am prone to it so if you have more sensitive skin, I do not recommend due to it not being the cleanest waxing area. With the Brazilian I do not recommend for anybody. This is because they do not seem to understand how to wax your lower region, they had waxed over the same spots over 10 times and were still unsuccessful with getting all of the hair out and blamed it on me for shaving which should have no affect on your abilities to wax and use proper wax for thicker hairs, even though I had complained about the temperature numerous times, they did not change it, and that resulted in me getting slight burns in my lower regions. They administered numbing spray that had no effect and cost $10 extra and when I complained that the pain was quite a lot after she had asked about it in hopes she would apply more with asking that, they did not supply more numbing spray to help but I had not asked directly either. Overall, I do not recommend this place for body waxing. Lastly, I do not recommend this place because the woman was staring at my genitalia in disgust, which made me extremely uncomfortable since you expect professionalism and for them to not show how they feel about you in a place of business. The 2 stars is for the back wax but lost 3 from the horrible experience...

I’ve been going to this place for a year or two now to get my eyebrows threaded and I’ve been satisfied with their service until today. I got my eyebrows done with the lady on the middle chair. She usually does a good job but today it seemed like she was in a bit of a rush. I could tell especially towards the end because after she applied lotion and told me she was done, I got up to check my eyebrows and still had lotion left on my forehead. I then noticed a bald spot on my right eyebrow and before I could say anything she told me to sit back on the chair as if she already knew that she messed up. She tried to insist that the bald spot was already there. I then left and went back to my job and asked my coworkers if they can notice without me showing them where my eyebrows were messed up and each one of them could point out the bald spot. I went back to the lady and even showed her pictures of how my she had done my eyebrows before and she cut me off and still insisted that I had the bald spot already and then angrily offered to give me my money back. If anything, I’m more upset that she didn’t want to realize what she had done wrong and gave me an attitude for her mess up. Never going back to this place! I got my eyelashes done about 2 days ago and the end of the night it started falling out. I wasted $40 dollars so at the end of the night it could fall out! On top of that on Christmas Eve it was falling also. Now I am missing at least 2-3 lashes on my right side. These eyelashes should have last me at least two weeks and not a couple hours. I should have listen to the comments! To the owner when they respond back like they always do. Your lashes are suppose to last longer and you guys treated me very nice but, the job is very poor quality. I couldn’t even get to Christmas Day which is today with the eyelashes I am missing like 2-3 which is ridiculous. It was just not done correctly! I shouldn’t have to deal with this and plus you would say to come back to get them refill for free but, you don’t know people time and that was my only day off . I work almost everyday and I definitely to not have time. You just think if you do it for free and refill them it wouldn’t be an issue but, it is.
