AWESOME first rate A+++++ experience with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Dexter was above and beyond a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely patient with ALL of our MANY questions and concerns and was extremely well versed with all of the product lines. We were worried about the adjustable base fitting in our custom bed so he took extra measures mking certain the delivery was seamless by personally overseeing everything AND sending boxsprings on the truck just in case... He also went to another location to get an oos item for me on the delivery day!!!! Both my husband and myself are very choosy with our purchases - we appreciate Dexter for making this experience a positive one all around. (Intellibed Midnight King purchased with 2 pillows and mattress pad cover) I must also mention the delivery service crew was very professional and accommodating. I just bought a new house and needed mattress's. Me and my parents walked in, David was the first one to great to us. He was was patient, kind, and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. He gave us plenty of time to jump on all the mattress's. David gave us tons of space we needed, David was not pushy or forcefully saying buy this buy that. (I spent about $7,000) He knew I had questions. He was so loving towards me and my parents. David's customer service level was above 10 out of 10. David knew his stuff. Beds, bed frame, box springs got delivered on time with the best level of work. One mattress did not match the box spring. All I did was called David, he was so pleasant and he fixed the problem in a jiffy.(it was a warehouse problem they shipped out the wrong item) David does not joke around with mattress's. David is the man. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone to go talk to David....

I didn't receive the white glove treatment i was supposed to get, so I had to put the mattress and box spring on myself. When my sheets arrived from Malouf., they put KING size pillow cases with the queen size sheet set. Dexter from the Lovers Lane store on Dallas, Tx helped me out with a new order which also came with KING size pillow cases with the queen sheet set. I'm baffled at who at Malouf is putting these sets together. Dexter helped me out again, and was able to just order me queen size pillow cases. I'm estatic ! Dexter has gone above and beyond to get my order correct. By the by the Temperpedic Luxe Queen Soft is........ what can I say ...the bomb ! It is the best mattress after i tried Casper. Helix hybrid and Layla copper infused nemory foam. All like sleeping on a granite slab. Curiously i haven't gotten hot sleeping on the Tempur-pedic Luxe. So I'm in...
