This used to be my favorite boutique in Dallas. I've bought plenty of items this year from there, but they have the most ridiculous return policy. I just bought a romper two weeks ago and the elastic in it snapped before I even got to wear it. I unfortunately threw the tag out when I got home and they wouldn't accept it for exchange or return even though I had the original receipt still and was within the 14 day window. Another romper from that day's purchase had a missing button and they didn't care about...

I bought a dress in store for 20% off during a flash sale, however that same day I found the dress online for 50% off. They claimed it was their mistake for failing to correct the online price, BUT they refused to give me store credit for the price difference and because the dress was on sale for just a few days, AND I could not return the dress to the store. Try these other boutiques: Hemline (just across the street) or Milk and Honey (my absolute favorite). I will not returning...

I found this boutique online and was so excited to purchase some Free People pieces at a major discount - one of them had heavy fabric and came stretched out at the neckline (it was impossible to detect the damage without trying it on) so I reached out and was able to contact the owner and get the damaged item situation resolved within a day!
