I was interested in purchasing a dress online from this business. I contacted customer service via email to inquire where the item was made. For instance, I will not purchase anything made in sweatshops of China. It took customer service TWO days to even respond to my inquiry and when they finally did, their response was “We don’t share that information. You can purchase the item and return it if you don’t like it!” Wow, I was shocked! Why would a retail store not want a customer to know where their merchandise is manufactured? Stumbled upon this shop a few years ago. Went in recently this weekend with my daughter and felt so unwelcomed. Didn’t get the same customer service as the lady that walked in after me.
