Love all their events and shops (with the exception of the 2nd Ave bar). Their festivals are fun and family friendly.
The biggest issue is parking. It is almost always a nightmare and never enough. Sometimes you have to straight up park a mile away and walk. Sometimes its worth the hike, other times the festival stalls are very little and quite sparse in terms of variety. Sometimes it feels like the vendors are phoning it in.
But when its a big festival or music show, the set up is nice and fun. I look forward to their next event and annual lemon festival...

Read moreNo public restrooms on sundays and holidays. Upland City had them locked up. All business have no public restroom. Most esting places and coffee shoos have no restrooms. Have to leave the downtown to find bathroom for kids and babies and family. Please plan accordingly. Not a family...
