Beyond livid. Went to purchase the shark navigator that they had displayed as 84.99 for Black Friday door buster sale (the sign was on the freaking box and everything) but when I get up to the cash register it rang up for 219.99. The very sweet cashier even stated that she had planned to get this same exact one because of the great sale but she needed to call her manager up to override the price. The manager comes up and immediately says no, that’s the wrong one. I stated the sale sign was literally right on this box and the name on the sale sign read the same exact name on the vacuum that I am purchasing. The manager pulled out her phone and looked it up (instead of walking back to the section where they have it advertised) and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that the actual one that is on sale is out of stock. No apology was given at any point. Just attitude. Had she offered me any kind of remorse or possibly even the smallest of discount OR offered to order the correct one for me I would have been ok with the situation. I know things happen in error. We are only human after all but she was down right rude from the moment she walked to the register. The only reason I am giving them a 2 star is because of the cashier who WAS...
Read moreGreat items and even some sale and regular prices were very good and better than Giant, Pet Supplies Plus, and Redners. A great looking rug, sale-priced, was competitive with Tuesday Morning and better quality, indoor-outdoor. My friend and I each bought one. Also bought dog treats, large purified water, large Downey fabric softener, 2-pack ibuprofen, competitive with Amazon or better price-wise. My friend bought more of the new Target brand dog food cans, his 8 week puppy is doing well on both the dry and cans. On sale and good prices for the quality. They are made in USA, so important for dog food and treats. (Wish it came in grain-free.) Water is best price around, and cases were sold out. Same pre-made salad is better price than at Giant, as was generic salad dressing for making summer salads. Target generic salad dressings are great tasting. It was the first day of the 16 year old cashier, and he was super. I can't praise him enough, and my friend and I both said how lucky Target was to have him as an employee as we walked out. I should have noted his name. Overall a fine, quick trip for needed items and some...
Read moreThis Target location will make you question why you love Target so much. As a working mom, I generally only make it to Target one weekend a month, and when I finally get there I tend to have cartwheel coupons and/or Pampers coupons. Each time I shop at this location, my cartwheel coupons are not applied or I’m told that my other coupons can’t be applied. Today was no exception. My Pampers coupon was improperly applied for $2 instead of $5 and I was told that my two boxes of Pampers didn’t qualify for the $10 Target promotional gift card. When I raised these issues with the team member checking me out, he told me that he couldn’t help me and I would have to go guest service. So I paid and took it up with guest service, who provided a nonsensical reason why the two boxes of Pampers didn’t qualify for the promotion (this is the only reason I purchased them at Target so I’ll be returning them....to a different location). At this point I was defeated; my five-month old was throwing up and my husband was growing impatient. So I left the store and came here to tell you...don’t shop here if you value your...
