I visited this Chik fil A this evening. I decided to dine due to a busy drive thru. I was the second person in line (wasn’t busy inside). I was asked my name and my order was taken. I sat down and waited about ten minutes for my order. I seen customers come and go after me. No one bothered to ask if I was ok, did I need anything or whatever. I seen a man (I believe to be the manager?) bringing out orders. He looked at me and went about his way. So I decided to go ask what was going on. I was met by the (manager) and then did he ask me if I was waiting for an order and what was name. I told him and he went over the order and I said it was mine. He gave me a fresh order of fries (didn’t think so due to the fact that they weren’t hot). At the end of my visit, I went to the counter to ask for a small bag for the food I didn’t finish and a refill of lemonade. With a slight attitude he tells me that they were out of lemonade (I can clearly see the container half full with lemonade) and if there was any other beverage that I wanted. I told no, took my bag and left. This has been one of worst visits to this establishment. Besides the bad service the place wasn’t very clean. I was there with my three year old and had to go from table to table because they weren’t clean. I don’t think I will be visiting this...
Read moreI've been thru a lot of different Chick-fil-A drive-thru lines but this WAS THE WORST I've ever been in! This particular time was my first visit at this location and it looked like an easy, not busy time, only a 2 cars when we finally got around into the line up (as directed strangely). We got our order taken by a nice, courtesy server who scanned our rewards code & took out payment. Then we stopped at the next worker who verified who we were and asked if we wanted our receipt from previous worker. We were then #3 in line at this time, and then... ... .... We waited and..... waited for the #1 car to get their order. And waited.... And waited, then that #1 car FINALLY LEFT, and #2 car got their food asap, and left; and finally our order was ready for us without issue.(seriously, 5 seconds to efficiently hand us our order) AS WE PULLED OUT, THEIR LINE UP WAS ABOUT 10 CARS AROUND!
SO WHY DID THEY NOT ASK THAT #1 CAR, WHO HELD UP THE ENTIRE LINE,... WHY NOT ASK THEM TO PULL INTO A SPOT & TAKE THEM OUT THEIR ORDER WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT IT READY?! WHY HOLD UP THE ENTIRE LINE UP CAUSING A LONGER THAN NECESSARY HOLD UP FOR EVERYONE? RIDICULOUS! ABSURD! We will go somewhere else next time we're in that area! And stick with our local Chick-fil-A locations that know how to move cars...
Read moreEveryone loves Chick-fil-a... for the most part at least. My family and I honestly think they take the cake when it comes to fast food quality, and their employees are always pretty nice. While I realize and understand that the pandemic has taken its toll and most businesses are currently struggling with staffing, I think everyone can agree that even pre-pandic, you couldn't just pull up to a Chick-fil-a without it being packed both inside and through the drive thru. Now, with indoor dining no longer available, the drive thrus are 20 times worse. And this is really an area of their business that needs excellent organization and efficiency - particularly this location. After our last experience, where some crazed person (who thought cutting 15 or so cars off that had been sitting in line for 20+ minutes was acceptable) almost HIT MY CAR and yelled at us about not having another location anywhere in the area, we won't be back. It's just too stressful...way too chaotic. Not well organized or managed by the leadership team. The entire concept behind drive thru windows is "easy" and "quick". There's nothing easy or quick about this place. (Quick isn't as big a deal, I get it, but coming shouldn't be the equivalent of a...
