This was my second or third time bringing baby clothes to the store to sell to them. Previously I did not have any issues with them although this time I brought about four or five bins all labeled with what sizes were in them, all folded neatly and filled to the brim. At the time that I dropped them off I was not told that they were no longer doing cash value for the items but only store credit. I went to pick up my items and all bins were about half full in which they told me they would give me store credit for the items they wanted to keep. I did not want store credit because my son does not need anything at the moment and we live in a small apartment so I was trying to get rid of items and get cash for gas money instead and so I apologized and told them that I didn’t realize it was only store credit and asked for my items back so that I could sell them instead . The girl at the counter only gave me a few of my items back and when I went home I realize that all my sons Jordans Nike shoes that were in the bins were missing so I called back and had to drive back to get the shoes back although I am still missing many many items . Do not do business with this place they are liars and thieves and will steal from you if you let them. A couple months ago I found out I was pregnant. I just so happened to take a trip to big lots and seen the baby store, decided to go in there. Let me tell you, I brought so much stuff because it was such a great deal. I brought a bedside bassinet and a rocker lounge chair and spent the same price I would have paid for, just for the bassinet alone. I brought a whole bunch of other stuff also, including a brand new breast pump for cheap, the bassinet sheets, mothers milk tea, breast milk storage bags, breast pads.
