I have had multiple issues at this location. The staff always seems very friendly though. However, it feels as though there may be some kind of management or policy issue here.
I have rarely come to this location without some kind of incident. Have encountered blatantly sick employees working both the drive thru counter and in the kitchen on multiple occasions. One employee had a severe head cold complete with runny nose and coughing. This specific event we ended up leaving with out our food after said employee sneezed on our bag of food as she was leaning out of the window to hand it to us. I didn't complain as she seemed sincerely upset about it.
I've had multiple occasions where items that I ordered were not in my bag. To be honest I did stop going to this location for a while because of this issue. After several months I began stopping here again and still had the same issues. (Please keep in mind that I make it a point to avoid special ordering items at fast food locations.) The times when orders were correct, it felt that I got very little for my money. (I didn't know that was possible at Taco Bell.) I usually receive tacos with maybe a tablespoon of meat on them. I always figured that you get what you pay for though, and again let it go as maybe a store policy.
Today (1/15/19) ordered food and order was correct! Was very excited about this even! However after eating my chalupa, opened up one of the tacos and discovered there was mold all over the shell. Had 5 hard shell tacos in the order altogether. Opened my children's tacos and their taco shells were moldy as well. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to this location. My fiancรฉ and I stopped by this location on the way to Nashville for a trip and was extremely disappointed and aggravated at the incompetence of the employee at the register. As we pulled up to the drive-thru, it took a while to even be helped with our order. During our order, there were two employees talking over eachother as they were putting our food in the system and woman taking the order had absolutely no idea what she was doing. After nearly every item we ordered, she would ask us to either pull around or try and give us the total before we were finished. And to make matters worse, every time she tried to repeat the order, her brain would go into system overload and it was impossible for her to form a coherent sentence. This woman had likely been under the influence of some kind of crystallized drug in her life and I could understand if she had recovered enough to be a decent employee, but she clearly wasnโt. By the time I got to the window they told me the power had gone out and it would be a couple minutes. I said okay. Then the manager told me to write my order out then came out in a rain coat and said I could go inside and wait for the system to keep line moving. I wasted about 30 minutes most of that time was even before the system went out because service was just that slow. I just feel maybe instead of trying to still make possible sales off people that already waited they should have been honest about the fact that system would not come up quickly or at all. After already waiting such a long time on bad service I was shocked that I was asked to wait even longer for something that might not even happen so I just drove off.
