I currently live 4 hours from Ventnor, NJ. In 2006, in Ocean City, my PC got struck by lightning and I found Scott and PC Medic. I was a new resident then, sent to NJ by my employer. Scott couldn't help the patient (fried tower) but he configured a refurbished tower and I was good to go in only 2 days. At least twice since then I needed Scott to help upgrade the tower when I got hacked, when my speakers died, and each time he either came to the house when I was working to fix everything, or shopped with me to be sure I bought the right thing. Jump to 2023, living in MD, and I knew there was no one else to upgrade my antique tower but Scott. I needed a system upgrade, memory upgrade, and, bless his heart, he set me up beautifully for the future as a normal user of technology! To say he is the best is an understatement!!! He even offered to help me, over the phone, to try and sort all my photos between phone and PC so they are all in the same place and I can find them!!! Without hesitation, HE IS THE BEST!!!...
Read moreCan't say enough about how impressed i was with the customer dedication here. Visiting NJ from SC for a few days, i forgot to pack some computer cables with me and needed them to get my computer/monitors connected so that i could get some critical work done. No other stores were open, and on the holiday the owner of this business surprisingly answered the phone and insisted on coming into the shop simply to make sure that he could get me the cables so i could do what i needed to get done. Since he had plenty of those cables, he even told me that he wouldn't even charge me for this when I asked how much i owe. Man there are still some great people in this world, and this guy is one of them. I insisted to pay since it was the least i could do for this inconvenience, and he reluctantly agreed since he knew I wasn't taking NO for an answer. Top notch! ...
Read moreScott at PC Medic was very customer friendly from the start. I left my Dell Laptop with him for service. After leaving the store, I called back to give further details. Scott returned my call immediately and was very responsive. Over the years, I have dealt with Dell for service. Even though I had the top service contract tier, (I believe Premium Pro plus), obtaining service was always a struggle and a challenge. I suppose this is always the case in dealing with large impersonal corporations, especially when you are only an individual consumer. Scott at PC Medic was able to repair my laptop in 4 days at a reasonable and fair price, while presenting a good positive attitude. He even offered to deliver my laptop to my home! The bottom line is "nice people, fair prices and excellent customer service!". what more...
