We decided to give this place a shot because Camelback was sold out. They absolutely are scamming people with their “snow tubing”, we travelled over an hour and half to come after seeing all the cool pictures and videos online. Upon arrival we noticed the hill was not at all what was advertised online and was not what we expected. The hill was so pathetic that we thought it was possibly for kids only and that there was a better bigger hill elsewhere. It was also extremely dirty. We asked an employee and we were told that the pictures we were referring to was their “old snow hill from a couple of years ago” she then proceeded to say “the pictures on our website reflect the new hill that we provide” i looked through the website for about 10 minutes and did not see one image of this new hill that they have. Even the photo on the snow tubing page where you purchase tickets is not the same hill we saw when we got there. The workers were also touching, cooking, and serving food with their bare hands. We were going to order s’mores until we saw the employee grab them with his bare hands, so we got the churros instead, which tasted like hot dogs because they cooked it in the same pot as them! I am beyond dissatisfied and will never go back to...

We went there Dec 30. This place was a complete letdown. We paid around $80–90 per person for snow tubing, and it was absolutely not worth it. For that price, I expected a long, exciting, and well-maintained tubing run. Instead, we got a tiny hill with barely any slope — it was so slow, it felt like we were just sliding down a bumpy sidewalk.
The tubing lanes were short and lacked any kind of thrill. My boyfriend, who was really looking forward to this, ended up hating it. He only went down twice — and that was just because I insisted. It was boring, overpriced, and poorly designed.
This is not the kind of experience you expect when paying this much. Honestly, I’ve had more fun sledding in a public park — for free. Save your money and look elsewhere. Major...

Why don't you changed your pictures? the place is ridiculous, there are plenty of hills around the state for free.
1- If there is no snow you shouldnt sell tickets.
2- The hill is tiny and you dont get even to the middle of the lane, it is very boring
There was a huge line because all the lanes were pretty bad, there was one that made you get to the middle at least. Everybody was waiting.
3- The lodge is far and you have to get there in the car, but also pay for parking because is a premium parking.
4- The bathroom was disgusting, but also didn't have water or soap to wash the hands, so imagine that, GROSS
Worst place for tubing, i want...
